We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Wonderful hosts made us feel right at home (thanks for the fresh basil and help with our bags!) This is a rare find and perfect for those wanting a rustic Tuscan experience. Don’t come if you’re into glitz and glam. The people and place are authentic and you get to be a part of it. Will definitely return. Good to note they mean it when they say the drive in is narrow and steep! Deffo take a small car. Thank you Kate and Henrique for your care.

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd bij de accommodatie van Nadia gehad. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een heel mooi zwembad dat goed onderhouden wordt door Giacomo. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen tips om te doen in de omgeving. Goede ligging vlak bij Lucca en in een mooie groene omgeving. Wij zouden dit zo nogj een keer boeken.

Hier ist die überarbeitete Version mit dem Zusatz zur Umgebung und dem Wunsch, wiederzukommen: ⸻ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend und ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Super nette Familie die im Haupthaus wohnt und liebe Hunde . Trotz Sprachbarrieren hat die Kommunikation gut geklappt . Die Lage vom Häuschen ist einfach traumhaft , Zufahrt mit großen Auto etwas schwierig aber machbar . Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub

Beautiful mountain vista from house deck. Helpful suggestions for local activities in house guide book found in room. Bottle of wine complements of host nice touch on arrival. The host’s father lives in neighborhood and came by at checkout to guide us out because local road construction had blocked normal exit. Very kind and thoughtful much appreciated. We walked to supper each night in Montemagno, small town 1.1km away downhill 85M each night for supper. Walking home after dark (uphill) there were thousands of firefly’s lining the dark mountain road it was magical. Peaceful place.

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié séjourner dans la maison qui était pleine de charme de part l environnement de la nature et des montagnes et la décoration intérieure qui était toujours très soignée. Séjour très agréable dans une région qui offre beaucoup de possibilités de tourisme .

super séjour à capezzano vraiment calle et reposant . toute est commode dans ce logement vraiment grand est fonctionnel. pas mal de chose à faire pas très loin. pise 30 minute ,plage et bord de mer à 5 minutes . je recommande vraiment pour un week end ou des vacances en famille et entre amis . We stayed here for 2 weeks and we had a great time! The house is authentic and comfortable. We both had to work as well and the internet worked perfect for us. We had online meetings at the same time without issues. There is no phone reception though but we could manage everything online. Marco is a great host and on top of things to make sure you have a great stay!

We had a great time at the house in the hills - hiking directly from the door step to stunning views and hidden spots and Beach just 30 minutes away - best Tuscany mixture 🍋😀 Jennifer was always very quick answering and had a lot of recommendations, which helped us a lot to deep dive quickly into the area

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare solo un giorno ed una notte da Joanna, poiché avevano in progetto delle escursioni sulla Alpi Apuane! Premetto che conosciamo molto bene la zona nonché il paese di Casoli ed i suoi abitanti, eravamo alla ricerca di un momento di preparazione/pausa e l'appartamento è stato l'ideale per il nostro scopo. È una tipida casetta di montagna ma rimodernata e tenuta davvero in modo impeccabile, sviluppata su 3 piani con una vista dalla finestra della camera matrimoniale mozzafiato! Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti e la zona parcheggio comodissima(parcheggio lungo strada a 50metri dal centro). Inoltre ci tengo a precisare che pur essendo il dolce attesa di 8 mesi non ho avuto nessuna difficoltà di movimento! Torneremo sicurmante l'anno prossimo in 3, per chi volesse prendersi qualche giorno immersi nel verde di queste meravigliose terre direi soggiorno consigliatissimo!!!

This place is amazing!! The outdoor space is stunning and the accommodations are clean and have so much character! I highly recommend this place and I would absolutely stay here again. I would have loved to stay here longer. Two things that need to be considered for potential guests are that you can not park in front of the house and that the walk to the place is up a steep road, so be prepared! All of these things are noted on the listing though so just be prepared!! The place is worth it though if you are healthy enough to make it!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Wir hatten vier sehr schöne Tage in Monicas Haus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr urig, ein echtes altes toskanisches Häuschen. Man findet alles, was man benötigt, es ist eine gute Mischung zwischen alt und neu. Monica ist gut erreichbar und steht mit Tipps und Infos bereit.

La casa è assolutamente congruente con la descrizione di Alice! Molto molto carina e lo spazio fuori davvero comodo se si hanno cani e/o bambini! Adatto a chi ha bambini piccoli , c’è tutto il necessario! Grazie ad Alice che si è resa subito molto disponibile e ci ha assistito per ogni nostra esigenza! Torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati nell’alloggio di Chiara per una competizione in spiaggia, durante il ponte del 25 aprile. Torniamo spesso a Pietrasanta in questo periodo e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti dalla posizione e dall’alloggio in generale. Chiara è stata gentilissima nel fornirci tutte le informazioni per il check in, che abbiamo fatto tardi, venendo da lontano. Tutto è andato liscio ed il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. In casa abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, in cucina ed in bagno: consigliatissimo! Speriamo di tornare presto! Grazie!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat und etwas abgelegen. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steinig. Wir fahren einen Peugot 308 und es ging gut. Sofern das Auto tiefer gelegt ist, könnte es etwas knapp werden. Man ist innerhalb von 30min in Pisa und in etwa 1h15 in Florenz (je nach Verkehr). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Wir waren Mitte September und es war etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem im Wasser. Im Sommer bei heissen Temperaturen bestimmt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, die irgendwie ein Haus ist. Sehr schön gelegen, großer Garten mit prima Terrasse, eine tolle Küche mit WIRKLICH allem. Silvia ist wirklich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle Silvia und die Unterkunft voll und ganz! Nochmal Danke!

We stayed at Alessandro’s house for two weeks and we loved it! The house is warm (huiselijk) and cosy. It is a home away from home. Spacious, clean, comfortable. You will find everything you need. Alessandro is very kind and responsive. We could tell he takes great care of the house and its surroundings. Grazie Alessandro! It is 15 minutes from the city walls by car. 10 minutes to the supermarkets. My husband and son did lot’s of cycling, the house is a great start for different rides 👌🏻 We would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay close to Lucca, but likes quiet and nature.

Die Unterkunft war der absolute Hammer. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist wie direkt aus einem Märchen. Valerio hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war super hilfreich. Er hat uns den Weg zur Unterkunft gezeigt und auch vor Ort hat er uns alles in Ruhe und mit bester Laune erklärt. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist anspruchsvoll und macht sehr viel Spaß. Wer gerne wandert kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Jeden Euro Wert!

Lorena est très disponible. La maison est très sympa, les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse au soleil étaient très agréables. Un grand sentiment de liberté notamment pour les enfants qui peuvent se balader dans le "village" qui est 100% piéton. A noter que l'accès à la maison se fait à pied (à moins de 5 min du parking). On recommande pour se ressourcer!
