Una piccola casa del design proprio accanto alle mura di Pisa! Abbiamo studiato per voi gli spazi e lo stile di questa casa per rendere il vostro soggiorno un' esperienza di comfort e unicità. Gli arredi sono ispirati al design degli anni 70; dalla cucina su ruote si passa alla sala con il comodo Togo acquamarina. Vicino alla camera con un moderno Tatami, c è il bagno con il suo box doccia in cristallo. Fuori dalla sala, il giardino curato dove potrete rilassarvi, ed il posto auto privato.

Il Nido si trova in un palazzo popolare senza ascensore dentro le mura di Lucca, accanto a piazza S. Frediano. La casa è in zona a traffico limitato: non raggiungibile in auto. Saliamo 40 GRADINI per raggiungere il Nido, una casa di DIMENSIONI PICCOLE, curata nei dettagli e molto luminosa. Il living è composto da una cucina attrezzata, un piccolo spazio per pranzare e rilassarsi. Camera matrimoniale, PICCOLA 2a CAMERA ed un bagno. Sopra la TERRAZZA PRIVATA guarda la chiesa e i tetti.

Quiet and romantic, 20' from the sea and surrounded by greenery. We ONLY HOST NON-SMOKING ADULTS, we are pet-friendly (small size) and very environmentally friendly. Pedona is a 5' walk from the property, and offers 2 groceries and 1 restaurant. Camaiore, a historic and well-served city, is an 8' drive away. Our Wi-Fi is VERY LAZY, but the “connection” is not our priority😉. There is the possibility to book an umbrella on the private beach at €25 per day (payment on the beach).

Casal delle Rondini (2), relaxation between Lucca and Pisa

Casal delle Rondini is an ancient rural property - completely renovated in the classic tuscan style – surrounded by a wide garden with private parking and located within a small village on the slopes of Monti Pisani. Plunged into the typical quietness of country, Casal delle Rondini is the ideal relaxing hideaway just 8km from Lucca and 12km from Pisa. Both cities are easily accessibile by public transportation.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
