I had the pleasure of spending my last vacation in a wonderful apartment in the city and I highly recommend this property. The apartment was perfectly furnished and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It consisted of a cozy room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which provided a welcome cooling on hot days. A special highlight was the breathtaking view from the window, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location in the city was ideal to quickly and easily reach all major attractions and attractions. There were no shortcomings during our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a perfect place highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a stress-free and comfortable vacation.

The best Spot when you want to spent the Day at the Beach!

What a beautiful stay!!! Annamaria and her husband always helped and guided us to beautiful places and things to do. The attic is magical with the beautiful terrace and the great view. I would recommend this place any time. Thank you Annamaria for making our holiday so wonderful.

We had an amazing time here in Civita. We did about 7 hikes around Civitia and each one provided us with beautiful panaromic views of Civitia and the surrounding villages. People around Civitia are friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The view is incredible, one of the best that we've stayed in Calabria. The wifi was an excellent speed and we could use for work. Our phone internet was able to get 4G as well so we do recommend people who require the internet to work, that Antonella's place does have reliable internet. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. The accommodation was well equipped and we recommend this place to other travelers

My wife and I stayed at Vista Stromboli for a week and chose this apartment because we liked the photos right away (very well furnished) and considering what it offered, as soon as we arrived, we realized that it was described perfectly!!!. In addition, the location of the city of Paola allowed us to visit the entire coast from Diamante to Pizzo Calabro without difficulty. Moreover, with just a few kilometers, we arrived in Cosenza and, continuing on, we were able to easily visit the Sila and its most characteristic places. Ms. Stefania welcomed us on arrival, giving us all the information on the use of the apartment and other information on the places to visit for a pleasant stay. The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

Michela was very friendly and the accommodation matches the photos perfectly. It's quiet and easily accessible with parking which is a plus. Beautiful terrace with a view for dinner.

In this case Mattia made the difference, in a timely manner she showed up to the location, half anhour after my reservation, she explained everything in detail, very kind and at a quality/price level I think it is the best in the area, considering the short distance from the long lake of Lorica, accessible in a few minutes on foot. You want to disconnect from the city and the daily hustle and bustle, I highly recommend it, the house is cozy and clean, with a pellet stove! Congratulations Mattia, see you next time!

First a super nice host who was right on site when you needed him The apartment is exactly as in the photos everything neat and super clean We felt right at home, a very nice apartment with its own terrace where you are also not disturbed and the children could also play a little louder without problems. The flat is in a grand old house at the entrance to the old town. It is beautifully renovated (we loved the old tiles on the floor), has a large modern kitchen (with more than we needed) and a very nice bathroom. There's a great view from the balcony. The famous ice cream shop Sicoli and good restaurants (e.g. the friendly Cantina Amarcord or the posh L'800) are just around the corner, and the station as well as the sea are within easy walking distance. Amantea is also a good location for excursions in the surrounding area, e.g. to the old towns of Fiumefreddo (visit the Enosteria Convivio for amazing food!) or Belmonte.

Good accommodation and I am satisfied with my stay...Vincenzo is very helpful and attentive, whenever I needed he was concerned to help,he was Flexible at check-in and at check out. The city is quiet, on the other hand it is a little difficult to have some entertainment, but you can take a train or taxi to the beach or city next door.

The rest was great. I really liked everything, close to the sea, there is a store, a pizzeria and a restaurant nearby. The owner was very nice. Great getaway! Nice place! Thanks for having a great time)

The place is amazing. Big, clean and nice. It is much better than in pictures. Natural light, full of windows, fast wifi, nice neighborhood. I really recommend it. Rossana has been very kind. Great place for long stays

We loved the location. It was steps from a Gelateria which we enjoyed every day of our stay. We were greeted with pastries and wine and he provided bottled water which was a really nice touch. The view from our room was spectacular! If we had a question or an issue Giuseppe responded quickly and was very helpful. He also provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do. It felt like home for the few nights we were there.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. I literally almost cried. It was authentic and charming,. It was clean and had incredible views. Bigger than pictured. The people in the community welcomed us with big smiles. We don’t speak Italian and they came over many times to use our iPhone to translate to talk to us. One man took time to point out history of the area telling about the 4 Medieval village gates. The next day he saw us walking to dinner and insisted on driving us. It was so nice. We were lucky enough to be there during the Palm Sunday Celebration. We listened to the music and watched them walking through the village at night from our balcony. It was Magical. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Walking distance to a Michelin Star Restaurant right in the village where we ate an incredible meal. We drove about 20 minutes to Pollino National Park & saw Wild Horses ! It was a Magical stay and pray I get to come back here.

Claudia's place has everything you need for a quiet holiday. The location is functional for reaching the places of interest in the area and the beaches, many of which are beautiful and free. The air conditioning, washing machine and barbecue are appreciated. The two kittens running around the yard were beautiful. Highly recommended apartment.
