Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Angela and her partner were very kind, they put themselves at your complete disposal to make your stay enjoyable!🥰 What can I say about the location of the house, I have no words, stratospheric, the photo doesn't do it justice but the house is literally on the sea!! And also the back, there is a fantastic mountain panorama! We stayed for a short time, but we will be back!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Sergio's place. Cleanliness and attention to detail, large and comfortable outdoor spaces, but above all a fabulous location. Garden directly on the sea, beach practically reserved for the residence. Only the noise of the waves at night. Highly recommended.

Hello ,I was with my family in August 2024 good experience quiet area near a nice beach campsite within walking distance About 50 meters away if you do not want to take the car. However, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car both for other free beaches and to reach places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the village is nice if you want to turn there is a lot to see. This beach house is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a big family. It is a wonderful apartment with everything we needed. The hosts are nice and helpful people and the area is beautiful with friendly people. The beach is clean and was never crowded during our summer stay in July. Perfect holiday!
