We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

Hi I am Debora and I manage this beautiful building from the early 19th century. I'm passionate about welcoming guests and taking care of every detail. I am an artisan artist and I make small works of art dedicated to the village with which I decorated the spaces. I do not live in the house, but I am always available for almost any need. You will be welcomed into rooms that were once restored to create comfort and relaxation. The house is very spacious, with its own kitchen.

This bed and breakfast is a real gem! The rooms are spacious and clean, with lovely extra's (like the shoe cleaning kit, mini fridge, and shampoo and body wash in the bathroom). The breakfast room is bright, sunny and offers a stunning view of the mountains. Angelo was a bubbly and attentive host and went out of his way to ensure our every need was met. Breakfast was delicious and included home-baked goods and preserves, made by Angelo's mother. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for warm, Italian hospitality.

This is a bed and breakfast with shared common spaces. Given the time of year, there was no one else to share it with. The place is fantastic. Breakfast was great Maria was very helpful in guiding us in, where to park, restaurant recommendations, etc. Mormanno is a lovely village, which was all lit up for the holidays. There is lots to do and explore in the area.

Great place. The breakfast was amazing as MariaTeresa was preparing the cakes every day. Both Mimmo and MariaTeresa are great host and we learnt a lot about the surroundings. Both the hosts are really idealistic and aim at improving and promoting the region. The kids loved the dog, the cats and the nature around. We would definitively go back again.

Very welcoming and helpful owners. Room with private bathroom, everything tidy and clean. Terrace with a nice view with tables and armchairs, a very quiet place without noise. Hair dryer in the room and ironing board upon request. There's a coffee maker, a kettle, and breakfast snacks, and a minibar stocked. Convenient supermarket right below. We had a great time, we definitely recommend it.

Said’s B&B is the perfect place for resting and recharging when traveling around southern Italy by car. His staff are exquisite, welcoming and polite, the restaurant downstairs offers delicious food and the beds are very comfortable.
