Comfortable rooms, shared kitchen with other guests, but the bathroom is private. The house is comfortable, and is a 50-minute drive from Campo Imperatore. Leonardo was available and very kind, and gave us a lot of tips for our excursions!

What a great find! This beautiful, comfortable apartment is so clean and modern we thought it might be newly renovated, but learned it was renovated in 2017 after the earthquake. And we thought we might be some of the first guests – wrong again, Fabrizio has nearly 150 reviews. It is one of the best equipped and best stocked Airbnbs we have encountered (it even had ice and ice trays). It was very easy to walk to museums, shops and cafes in the city center. We found a large range of excellent restaurants thanks to Fabrizio’s advice and are already thinking about when we might return. Many thanks Fabrizio!

Staying at this Airbnb was a great experience. In addition to everything shown in the pictures, it's super convenient to the supermarket, daily essentials, and the university. The flat is fully equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen and throughout the house. The host was really thoughtful, making sure the place had all the necessary kitchen supplies and more. Everything was spotless and well-organized, even with air fresheners throughout. The neighborhood is really quiet. Thanks so much for hosting me!
