Monthly Rentals in Conway Springs

The perfect Wichita stay! The house had everything we could want, and we highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in the Wichita area. The house is new, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtful. The neighborhood is a safe community of townhomes, and this property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. The other half of the house is a long-term rental and was unoccupied while we were there, so it was very quiet. The couches and beds were comfortable. The entry and keypad were easy to use. The TV had loads of choices, and the Wi-Fi was good. We can’t say enough about this place. We hated to have to leave. ☺️

The house was exactly as presented. Very clean and comfortable. Communications were timely and helpful and I appreciated the flexibility to change my dates of stay by one day. I highly recommend if you have business or family in Maize or North Wichita.

don't let the fact that it's loft deter you. my wife thought I was nuts until we walked through the front door then she immediately fell in love. so many extras that the host put into the experience. would suggest it to anyone.

I really enjoyed staying in Linda’s home. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was comfortable and was well thought out for a pleasant stay. I had the pleasure of meeting Linda and Steve when I arrived, and they made me feel right at home. I wish I had more time to stay here!
