Monthly Rentals in Convention Center, Anaheim

I enjoyed my stay at this property! David AND his family was/is so welcoming! It’s super quiet and plenty of stores for shopping, in walking distance. The parking is a plus, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Check in, as well as check out was easy and pleasant. I will definitely stay again, when I’m in the area.

Erika and Joe are super nice and responsive. Within 10-15 min walking, you’ll have restaurants, banks, supermarkets. If you drive, this is a convenient location as well. It’s a large apartment building so expect some noise and sometimes loud music from outside but they won’t last into late night. You share with other roommates but they are very nice and friendly as well.

Great stay! The place was very easy to get in and out of, had everything I needed, and was clean and well kept. One note: There’s no central heating/cooling, so you’ll probably want to run the window unit in the summer/winter, or if you’re hot natured like I am. That wasn’t a big deal for me, but between the window unit (which is next to the bed) and the fridge, I could see how the noise could bother light sleepers. That said, this was the perfect fit for me and I would 100% recommend it to others.

It is not an apartment like it says, it’s a hotel and when I got there the room I had reserved was swapped for a room with 2 beds when I only needed one. Other than that it was nice and clean. Only a 15 minute walk from Disneyland. My partner and I had a great stay overall besides that one hiccup with the rooms being swapped.
