A gem of a home if you’re looking for a waterfront property with great lake access. David’s home is well stocked with everything you need - from baking to cooking , from laundry to great choices of board games , a nice library if reading by the water is what you care to do . If you’re a bass fisherman like me , you have direct access to Squantz Pond, which can be a great fishing alternative to nearby Candlewood Lake. The property is close to the main road and traffic can be a nuisance to folks who are not used to it . City folks like me don’t mind it. David was a great host , very responsive . There was a slight miscommunication during check in , but that was taken care of right away . My family hopes to come back again . BTW, for those who don’t know how to play the piano , take some brief lessons before coming and impress your folks. Joe

Katie’s somewhat rustic cottage is right on a beautiful pond, with a beautiful view. It’s cozy and comfortable, and within easy walking distance of downtown Niantic. Katie made us feel right at home. We definitely would stay there again.

The Boulder Lake House was absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do the home justice. They have everything you can possibly need inside and it was immaculately clean! We traveled with our 2 & 4 year olds who are very particular about things & they loved the house. Made themselves right at home. The amenities were endless and the kitchen was a treasure to use; we ate home for every meal. We had an issue with the deck door & owner was at the house within 20 minutes to help. Very respectful & helpful. I would definitely reserve this house in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend at Aude's home in Essex. The setting was beautiful and the house itself was immaculate. It is a 7 minute drive to the center of town, which was convenient. The host was very responsive and quick to fix any concerns we brought to her attention. I would definitely return to this Airbnb!

Our stay included spending family time in front of the fireplace watching Disney shows and with time spent enjoying meals around the cozy kitchen table. Enjoyed our stay very much and hope to go back one day

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

Great Airbnb! I love it so much. The place was clean, beautiful, and spacious. The airbnb looked exactly like the photos, but was more breathtaking in person. This is an amazing airbnb and I would definitely stay here again!

Elisa’s place was the perfect home base for the 6 of us who were in town for a wedding. So much charm and stocked with all you could need and more! I would highly recommend staying here :)

We had a great weekend. Apartment was exactly as described and spotless.

Ana was a great host, firstly the apartment smelled AMAZING and it was nice and cool, she had toiletries laid out and the bed was comfortable. The ambiance of the apartment was very welcoming and homey. Will definitely be back, thank you for the hosting.

Ricardo’s place was truly incredible. It’s such a cozy, clean and convenient spot located in a very good area. Had everything you need and have a very home-like feel. I was visiting my girlfriend for our anniversary and the weather wasn’t the greatest outside but that didn’t bother us one bit. We were comfortable cooking and eating at home and we had everything to make that happen. Ricardo and his wife were so kind and flexible with us. We would love to come back in the summertime and fully enjoy their spot again because there are great views in the backyard by the water. Well worth the price of admission. The apartment was beautiful and as soon as we walked in I could feel myself relax. The view is stunning and the apartment is warm and inviting. We reserved the apartment on very short notice and Mark was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect layout for our family to gather together. RV park was quiet and peaceful. Kevin’s tiny homes that surround this house look adorable! My next solo trip will be in one of those:)

Very quaint and happy little house. Everything you need is supplied. Bed is comfy. A super nice place to be.

Was the perfect little get away for us. And it was nice to find a place that accommodated the dogs so well. We appreciated being able to get to places easily but at the same time have a peaceful place to return to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was so very peaceful and we loved being literally right around n the water! Slept amazingly well and the cottage was just lovely! Robert was also a great host. 5 stars all around and we hope to return again!

Nice little spot with boats on the pond. Went there for my son’s Wesleyan graduation and could take family out on the kayaks.
