Holiday rentals with a pool in Connecticut

Spacious home with a nice outside area. Enjoyed coffee with birds and bunnies. Will stay here again.

We (short-term owners of three years) had a fantastic week-long stay with a group of 7! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with helpful suggestions. The variety of games and activities—especially the record player, fire pits, hot tub, and air hockey—kept us entertained. All amenities were ready for use, making our stay truly enjoyable. I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

Patrick and Tracy were wonderful to rent from and the house was great. We had 5 adults and everyone slept comfortably. The patio was a great experience with the pool, hot tub and great outdoor seating. We loved the area and would return in a heartbeat if the dates are open for next year’s trip.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the house. The house is beautiful and was extremely clean when we arrived. Luiz kindly left a sled for my kids to use in the yard. There is plenty of outdoor space and the yard has a good deal of privacy. There are two bedrooms and a den/office with a TV. The kitchen has everything we needed. Luiz was very easy to communicate with.

Our stay was stunning. The location is quiet and peaceful yet close enough to the town to get what you may need. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s clean, the layout is beautiful, and the views are out of this world. A truly incredible place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect, and each room has a full bath which was great for our family. Overall highly recommend

We sought out a quiet and peaceful place we could stay after a long winter. We got exactly that with Monica's home in Kent, Connecticut. We traveled with two dogs and our toddler. This home was able to accommodate that. Our toddler has a lot of energy and seeking out a place where we could get all of his energy out but still maintain a peaceful atmosphere, so we thought, would be hard. But tucked away in the beautiful forest of Kent, we found a place where our toddler could run through the large property and he had plenty of activities inside as well. Monica had everything equipped for families with children. Due to weather, the internet went out the day before we were to check out and unfortunately remained that way the remainder of the trip. But Monica was quick to inform me and we were able to find plenty of activities to do in the home. We truly appreciated all the amenities that this home had to offer for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Our stay was peaceful located in a great place , the home its self was perfect if we come back next year we will book this place again

just returned from annual moms weekend away...Erin's place was beautiful! well stocked, clean, looked just like the pics, great sound system. loved the extra little details like the large ice cubes already made (for me as an old fashioned snob), the adorable dry bar, and the decor in general w all the gold touches-it made it stand out from the typical! the best was walking in and smelling how fresh and clean and homey it was! would def recommend. also we had zero questions bc she was so proactive reaching out prior to checking in. check out her place! :)

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The condo was clean, cozy, and close to tons of great activities. The pre-arrival instructions were super helpful, check-in was seamless, and access to the clubhouse was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!! Beautiful home, clean, had everything we needed. Quiet place as well!! Only thing the heated outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance during our stay, but everything else was perfect! Will definitely be staying again!!
