Easy location to get to subway from, at the price it’s good! The rooms themselves have A/C but just FYI the rest of the house does not so if it’s a super warm week it may be a little less than ideal but manageable. Again for the price, you can’t beat it! Host was great and communicated quickly.

We loved our stay at Esther and Jason's house. She gave us several recommendations and our communication was very fast and easy. The apartment is 5 minutes from the subway station, we only use one line to go to Manhattan, in 45 min we were in Times Square. Very nice apartment with tasteful decoration, we love the treats left by Esther. Super clean and tidy bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Everything was equipped with what we needed, we had coffee a few times in the apartment and it helped a lot. We felt at home. Even though it's close to the subway line, the apartment is very quiet, so we were able to sleep peacefully. This accommodation was a pleasant surprise and we will definitely stay at Cozy Nook on our next trip to NY.

We loved staying at Andrew's place! It was exactly as pictured. My partner and I especially loved his local recommendations. We had dinner at one of them and it was wonderful and walking distance to the air bnb. Andrew's place is in a safe, walkable area. We were all over NYC and it was nice to have such a clean, cozy, home base. Thanks Andrew!
