A cute cottage with a POOL on a working horse farm in the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful quiet setting close to Boerne, Fredericksburg shopping, dining and Wine Country, and San Antonio. River kayaking is close by and Comfort is an Antique shopping Mecca. The horses are friendly and complete the beautiful view out your front door. We are not a riding facility but love to share our beautiful farm with visitors looking for a peaceful holiday, convenient to lots of activities. Limit two guests.

We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.

The cottage had a fabulous gravel yard to view the night sky. Refreshments in the fridge, coffee maker and wine opener in the drawer. It was small but perfect for my needs. The sofa folding out to a bed was necessary and the mattress was quite comfy. Clean fresh linens and pillows and my own Netflix account at night. Perfect. Comfort is a quaint town, I was able to walk from the BnB to pizza and beer place (yum), a bar with fabulous industrial art fixtures, and a wine venue. I popped in to say hello to Kristopher and was greeted by the cutest bunch of dogs! Very nice host. Super dog-friendly. I ended up not bringing my dog, but would recommend for dog owners.

The Stay on Seventh exceeded our expectations in every way ~ cozy, yet spacious. I loved the decor, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable and the porch with rocking chairs added a quaint touch. The location is ideal and everything was perfect! We had the most relaxing weekend and enjoyed every moment ~ we will definitely be back! A new favorite for sure! Thank you for the best STAY!

This was such an amazing stay! You can really tell the hosts put a lot of time, effort, and love into this spot. The views are AMAZING. The home was so cozy yet modern as well! It had all the amenities you would need. We planned on exploring the town more, but we both loved the Air B&B so much that we ended up staying there most of our trip! Would highly recommend. A bonus is getting to watch the cows and sheep that they have on the site! Such a cool experience.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Gail, the host, is one of those rare people who instantly puts you at ease — warm, genuine, and truly authentic. It honestly felt like we had known her for years. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every detail, both inside and out, was clearly chosen with care and intention. The interior was refined and beautifully curated — a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The enclosed courtyard with the pool was the cherry on top — private, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. We spent hours just soaking it all in and truly didn’t want to leave. Gail, thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. This experience was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back!

This house was very peaceful and homey feeling. Our daughter loved that she could close curtains around the couch for her own private space. The bed is super comfortable and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It was incredibly peaceful!
