W Hotel with Hot Tub & $30k Showers & Relaxing Cabana

The property features contrasting textures and motifs, a monochromatic interior, chic furnishings and decor, and a Moroccan style outdoor cabana with entertainment system. This exquisite house just underwent a $110k full renovation in which we spared no expense. We ripped the house down to the studs and installed only the most high end bathroom and living room finish outs that dwarf even the nicest of luxury hotels. Imagine sitting on the marble bench in the master shower while getting drenched by the warm water gushing out of the six body jets that are aligned with the bench. Then stand under the drenching ceiling mounted rainfall shower head for a final refreshing cleanse. All the while, Philips LED app controlled mood lighting will make your worries melt away while listening to your favorite music from the in shower speaker. Both baths have LED back lit touch screen mirrors and LED Philips lighting under new contemporary vanities. We even thought of every last detail such as the in bathroom coffee maker so you don't even have to go to the kitchen to enjoy your first cup of the day. There is plenty of closet space and drawers for your clothes as well as a luggage rack for your suitcase if you're the type that doesn't like to unpack. The house has speakers in all common areas including outside. There are new 80" televisions in the master bedroom and living room that each have Apple TV and full ATT cable TV channel spectrums. The relaxing jet filled hot tub in the back yard allows you to rest up your tired muscles while listening to your favorite music using the hot tub water proof speakers. The newly built Morrocan styled cabana has built in sofas for relaxing outdoor between hot tub dips. The kitchen has a gas stove with vent that actually vents to the outside, pots and pans, small appliances, silverware, plates, and serving dishes for serving parties up to 6. The guest bedrooms each have king size Sterns and Foster beds for extremely comfortable sleeping. The hot tub and outdoor shower is still free with the house's normal rate. The shower experience 1. An outdoor shower with six body jets and waterfall shower experience. This feature alone cost $18k to install. NO TECHNICAL ASSISTENCE PROVIDED FOR HOUSE IMPORTANT NOTE: There are absolutely no parties allowed in the house. If more than eight people are seen at the house that will be grounds for immediate evection by my uncle who is a sheriff who happens to luckily live next-door. The reason for the strict policy is because previously the house with used as a party for profit location that led to do extensive damage. Eviction will occur at any point during the rental if more than eight people are seen entering the house. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two closets and private outdoor hot tub. HOA community pool just two blocks away. We provide absolutely no technical assistence for the audio visual system but it's pretty intuitive and easy to figure out. Daily if requested. The property is located in a nice, quiet suburban neighborhood yet still boasts convenient access to the city attractions. The home is 12 minutes from Fiesta Texas and La Cantera, 20 minutes from downtown, and 25 minutes from Sea World. You really want to have your own car to be able to access this property or you can use Uber, which is cheap and easy to use. The house is in the upscale Stone Oak suburbs.
