Very Blessed to have a place to lay my head. Hosts are receptive and respect privacy. NO WiFI / NOR CABLE. I put it in caps due to the fact that I missed it in the trip details ( it does state). I needed WIFI for business, otherwise great if someone was on VACA. I was however not on VACA. Host was accommodating and offered their back patio to use WIFI and approved a gracious late check out She also provided coupons to fairview coffeeshop ( I forgot;((). Oh well next guest can enjoy..

My friends and I enjoyed our time. The room was clean, large, and fulfilled my expectations. I appreciated the large check in window and how close the location was to the lake and restaurants. The bathroom was great but the shower is very small so take note of that. Overall, it is a great location and I would use this Airbnb again. 9/10 ⭐️

Chula Cottage is second to none in comfort, locale, accessibility and friendliness. Staying here is always a pleasurable experience. It is a true country setting, complete with chickens in the yard and deer right next door! Yet, it is very close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to I 35. Our hosts Annie and Russell are very helpful and hospitable.

The place was very nice. The location was peaceful. Robert was very accomodating.

This was such a great stay. The unit was immaculately clean, smelled nice, had access to a very nice and quiet pool which I used twice. Didn’t have to worry about linens and they provided us a few drinks and snacks as a welcome basket. Honestly, if you are trying to decide between a hotel in the area or this I would 100000% go with them. If I go back anytime soon I will be staying here again. It is a quiet and clean place perfect for me and my husband’s need for our trip.

Host was very responsive. The place was amazing! Everything was clean and organized. I think it was well equipped with very basic essentials that we have not seen in other places. Small meaningful items such as tissues, qtips, ziplock bags, waters, etc. Had a small hiccup with the light but host responded in seconds and was fixed under a minute! Would definitely consider the place once again! Felt right at home. Spacious and very accommodating. Very peaceful and great views at the top of a hill! Great work with this airbnb! Felt very safe too. Was able to walk my dog up and down the hill by the neighborhood. Yard is completely fenced in if you rather walk them nearby. Cannot rave enough. Rare gem to find for a great price. Probably 1 suggestion coming from a woman - a full size mirror would be an excellent touch. We attended a wedding and a full size mirror would have completed the stay. Still 5 stars overall!

Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene. Beautiful space. Loved the front porch with rockers and a table and chairs. High ceilings, nice interior and very comfortable beds. Loved the friendly cats. Hope we will be fortunate enough to visit again. Hosts were very helpful, warm, and gracious. Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage.

We had one child at day camp and one child at base camp at T Bar M and it was super convenient being so close! We loved the condo. It was immaculate at check in and we felt very safe. My husband and I worked remotely from the condo all week (thanks to the speedy internet) - neighborhood was quiet, trash dropoff convenient, a few games to play, comfy couches, Roku TV in living and bedrooms, kitchen stocked with utensils and plates etc, new coffee maker. Tennis courts and pool nearby and a cute little porch with Adirondack chairs. Affordably priced. We love Peachy’s place!

We loved the location. Very close to Gruene Hall. The pool at the apartment was excellent. It was an added perk we didn’t realize was there!! Also, not a bunch of “to-dos” as we were leaving. Of course, we made sure and took very good care of the place and all of our trash was in the trashcan and we didn’t make any big messes at all…. But we didn’t have a list of things to do, to take all of the trash out to a dumpster, strip all of the bedding and put them and the towels in the laundry room or all of those things that are time consuming and frustrating when you’re already paying for a place and a cleaning fee. I would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful home that is expertly equipped, inside and out. It provides solace, panoramic nature watching on the grand lawn behind the unit and a cool breeze on the patio. The grand lawn is adorned with enormous pecan trees, picnic tables, bar-b-q pits and a beautiful pool with a hot tub and waterfall. A short stroll beyond the inviting pool, down the knoll, is the Guadalupe River. Umbrellas of trees shade the water, as well, the wide mouth of the river provides opportunities for floating, fishing, swimming or canoeing. From the word, “Go” we found the website to be informative and user friendly. The website provided pictures and exceptional details concerning the property. We were also very pleased with the ability to have contactless self-check in for a seamless experience. The front door is equipped with a digital lock and a ring doorbell for added security. My husband and I have a 20-pound, four-legged family member, by the name of Bailey that we wished to take

We attended a concert at Mountain breeze and this was a short 15 min drive . I forgot my toothbrush and they had 2 extra which came in handy, appreciate it! Definitely coming back, lots of room for 2 people. Wine was available however we had our own drinks.

Great location for Schlitterbahn and tubing the river. Frank was very responsive. The place is nothing fancy with some throwback appliances, but it worked for what we needed during our stay.

The apartment was just as pictured in the pictures and clean. We enjoyed being able to drive over to Gruene - 2 minutes. The complex was quiet and new. We had no issues with our stay and communication with Gregory was super quick if I had any questions. We would stay again!

Brandy was by far the most accommodating host we have had on Airbnb. We were welcomed with a basket of candies and Dunkin coffee. not anything extravagant, but a very nice gesture that set the mood of our visit in a positive way. anything you need is there from seasonings, appliances, dishes, pans, utensils, extra towels, tubes for the river. everything you'd and many you won't need, but someone staying in the future will. Any communication with Brandy was given an immediate response. We love The Water Wheel resort, but Brandy's hospitality brought this trip to a new level. Thanks Brandy

Great place, great location! Everything was just as described. Loved being able to walk to everything in downtown NB, loved all the deer, loved that we could float the river with Texas Tubes right next door. Great stay!

We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament for our boyfriends, had such a good time and Shelton's place was perfect! We spent most of the time at the soccer fields, but Shelton's place is a 10 minute walk from the downtown area where there's a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Shelton was so responsive, he answered all of my messages within 5 minutes, and was so accommodating when we asked for a later check out time so the boys could shower before we drove the 3-hour drive home. Highly highly recommend !!!!

We enjoyed our stay here in April. Convenient dedicated parking spot right outside the condo, with two flights of stairs to walk up, or a 20-second walk to the elevator. The condo had everything we needed, and Aimee was incredibly responsive and friendly. The community has two swimming pools, each with two hot tubs, for a total of four hot tubs. One of the pools with two hot tubs is located just a two minute walk from the condo, but that pool is not heated, and it is also located underneath several balconies of other condos, so it is not private, but would be a convenient option for kids. The other pool with two hot tubs is a 4 1/2 minute walk from the condo, and not only is the pool heated, but the hot tubs are even nicer, and are set back from everyone’s balconies so that it is a much more beautiful and private setting. Even though we did not use this heated pool much given that the outside air temperatures were in the 40s and 50s, we still enjoyed it! Would happily recommend!

The condo was clean and in a great location. We had access to private area of river, and that was really nice. We love going into downtown New Braunfels, and the condo is close proximity to all that. There were also several options for river access if you want something different than the private river area. We came on Memorial weekend, so expected a bit of a crowd. The pools, and hot tubs were crowded, so we didn't hang out there. We stuck to the private river area which was so beautiful and serene.
