But the real attraction is the night seen from the window of Elona's house, which overlooks a plot of land with a fruit tree illuminated by a large swarm of "Fireflies" Lamprydae beetles, so many that they illuminate the darkest night and create a magical atmosphere.

Let's start with the host! Caterina is fantastic, nice, helpful, she gave us tips and indicated places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is small but for four people perfect, it is very welcoming, it knows about the house, but above all there are many accessories for cooking and the essentials, such as oil, vinegar, spices, salt, etc. Not to mention that Caterina made us find chips and drinks as a welcome! Soft and fragrant sheets and towels! Finally, the location is very strategic , it is 15 minutes from the beautiful abbey of San Galgano, 40 minutes from Siena and 30 minutes from Massa Marittima where in addition to the beautiful historic center we visited the mine museum! In short, highly recommended!!!

Fantastic location and host

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.
