Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Colonial Beach

Very roomy for a family vacation. Great location and covered porch was great for taking in views of river and enjoying summer breeze. Host was responsive and provided detailed instructions.

We had a wonderful stay. My family fished, kayaked, paddle boarded, and ate at great restaurants recommended by the host. The house is SUPER CLEAN! Sheets smelled good. Beautiful surroundings and private. Host is very responsive and friendly.

The house location is very private and secluded. We had an issue with the WiFi on the first night and Eric came out and reset it for us and it worked perfectly the rest of the time. The view is amazing and watching the Bald Eagle fly overhead and deer come through the yard were some of our favorites. The turtles on the log right down the road were a daily favorite as well.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for spending quality time together while still giving everyone space to unwind. Private beach access made it even more special—we made great memories, met some lovely neighbors, and even had a chance to paddle board and spot a stingray! Huge shout-out to Leigh, our amazing host—so thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Scott and Melinda's place was perfect for a peaceful getaway for our family of 5. The water was so nice to wake up to and fall asleep hearing the water move by! The thought of all the basic needs and had everything easily accessible from fresh eggs from their chickens, a great variety of coffee pods and creamer, and all the other small needs that come up while staying in an airbnb. This was great since it is off the beaten path. If you are looking for some peaceful family time or a secluded retreat with friends, this is a perfect place!

Beautiful. Peaceful riverfront property. Clean! Had everything we needed. Plenty of space. We only left the house once. Spent the rest of the time eating there, playing cards, watching movies, talking and of course, enjoying the fabulous river view! A nice getaway to truly relax.

Our family had beautiful weather on our vacation! Everything was as described, Mary & Shelly thought of everything. We would highly recommend.

My lady, Biscuit (dog), and myself needed a quick break and stayed at Natasha's wonderful place. It was as described and Natasha communicated with us throughout our stay. The home was nice, small but not to small. The hottub was clean and very relaxing. No complaints. Would rent again from Natasha.

This was our second stay at Terri's lovely place. This sweet studio apartment is right in the heart of Solomons. You can walk to nearly anywhere you'd like to go--the Tiki Bar, Cryptic Pizza, and The Pier. And other great sites, such as CD Cafe and Coast 2 Coast Seafood Bar & Grill, are a quick drive. (Mind you, in cooler weather, you could probably walk to those sites as well, but we happened to visit in the midst of a heat wave.) Terri is very responsive and kind. She was flexible with check-in and check-out, and we were so grateful. This property also has a delightful deck for folks to enjoy. Again, we visited when it was as hot as Hades, but such is life. We've enjoyed the space and the proximity to all things Solomons. Thanks, Terri!

Vickie and Scott were so welcoming and friendly. Respecting our privacy, yet nice conversations on our way in and out. The views, pier, and accommodations were exactly what was pictured and described. We will definitely be back. Location was only 10 minutes from downtown Leonardtown. Beautiful!

Our family felt like home here! Brittany was very friendly, kind and responsive. The location was great, right next to the water and restaurants. My children really enjoyed. A plus was having the pack and play for my baby. Thank you so much to Brittany for making the stay feel very welcome 🙏🤗

Our second time here! An absolutely adorable gem of an Airbnb with the nicest hosts and most beautiful garden and dock on the River! Great restaurant recommendations, super comfortable beds, and lovely living room. Perfect for families visiting the beloved St. Mary’s River.

We came in very late our 3 hour drive turned into 4 1/2 due to severe thunderstorms and heavy rain. It’s was our safe harbor. Solomans island is very beautiful. Unfortunately we misunderstood the check out time on top of we were waiting on a boat surveyor. The place was clean and close to many attractions and shops.

Robin was a terrific host. She’s easy to deal with. I would rent from her again.

I had a fantastic stay! The space was so cozy and comfortable. I loved the surrounds outside as well, it felt like a secret garden and was so serene and peaceful. I can’t say enough good things about this space. I’d absolutely love to visit again! Julie was wonderful too, she provided clear instructions and really thought of everything! The guest book was thorough and so were her messages. No guess work necessary which is so appreciated!
