Unique and interesting place to stay = with everything one needs. The dogs enjoyed playing with Ann's two in the secure garden. Parking extremely convenient - and location means easy access to surrounding towns. Ann left a very generous welcome pack which was much appreciated. I don't think that anything would have been too much trouble for Ann to sort if needed.

Fantastic stay in The Dell for a wedding at Houchins. Jaine was super helpful and the welcome hamper was amazing! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away!

Loverly barn conversion, in a super peaceful location. We loved our stay on the farm, with the geese and ducks overlooking the pond and wheatfields. Short stroll into the village, through the fields. We went to the Bell pub for dinner, this was also fabulous - and like stepping back in time. The cottage was clean, well appointed, had everythibg we needed and we had a warm welcome. A priviledge to stay here.

From booking to leaving everything was 100%, Andy & Rob were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was just what we wanted and lovely outdoor space. Made use of the well equipped gym. We definitely want to visit again on our next visit to the UK. We would highly recommend
