Rose cottage is in a great location, easy to check in and had everything you would need. Bec & Ian were very helpful, with suggestions on what to do/where to visit

We have not long returned from the most wonderful stay in The Annexe. Upon arrival we were immediately welcomed by Charlotte who was a fantastic host throughout our stay. We found the accommodation to absolutely immaculate and extremely well equipped. Charlotte had very kindly made some alterations to the incredibly generous welcome package to suit our daughters needs and it made our first trip away an absolutely fantastic experience. I had a very pleasant stay at the vennlake camping last night. The location is absolutely charming — surrounded by rolling hills and peaceful greenery, it felt like a true escape from the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a rustic touch that fit the setting perfectly.

Wonderful cottage in a peaceful location. Great base for exploring Devon with the kids. Very dog friendly too and the fenced off woods were a fantastic bonus. Cottage was a typical farm cottage (which is what we like) and was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kids loved watching the horses each day.
