Hello! You are welcome to stay in our charming holiday apartment. The apartment is located in a closed compound, in a holiday village, bordering a green alpine forest. The apartment is located near the charming town of Sampeyre, which is the most central town in Valle Varaita. The apartment is in a quiet and quality complex, which has lawns, a tennis court and a small playground, a real paradise for families. A very safe and child-friendly complex.

5-minute walk to downtown, in a residential area with unobstructed views of the ORRES. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, fully equipped and renovated. Five beds: 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90 in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with bathtub. Shared garden with the owners but private terrace area with garden furniture, garden table and barbecue. Trampoline and ping pong table. Free shuttle to the waterfront.

We rent a small studio with independent access, in our house. Guests can park in a parking lot above the property. We are used to access but it may be astonishing when you are not from the Mentonnaise region (slope and stairs in photos). You will arrive in this little corner of heaven a little secluded welcomed by a magnificent sea view and our affectionate dog "Joe" who remains the caretaker of the place, we also accept your pet.
