What an amazing experience. The perfect place to be in Florida. The location in Indian Harbour was beautiful and the nearby downtown Melbourne was very fun. The beach was almost as beautiful as Barry’s property. This tiny home is set tastefully in a backyard oasis. From the tropical plants to the hammock and bbq, there is nothing more I could have hoped for. Barry was extremely responsive and proactive. He is someone we loved spending time with and was also nowhere to be seen when we wanted privacy. Even though we were in his backyard, the setup is perfect for staying out of each other’s way. Thank you Barry for making us feel welcome and helping us have a terrific week by the beach.

This was a magical place! We loved kayaking in the kayaks provided, off of our very own dock. We loved watching dolphins swim in the canal next to the house. Kathy is a great host! She was so responsive and accommodating! We want to return again!

Mel & Lisa are great hosts. Everything was at our fingertips as advertised. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Beach is perfect to watch space launches from Kennedy. Beach cart, towels, chairs, umbrella all worked perfect.

Our recent visit to Cocoa beach was amazing. The luxury beach front condo was everything we wanted and more. It can comfortably sleep a family of 4 to 6. The king-size master bed was super soft and comfortable. The host even provides a blowup bed and baby bed (we didn’t need to use these but it was nice to know they were there just in case). The view of the beach from the living room and master bedroom are breathtaking. Our host was very hospitable and was readily available (we highly recommend). The condo has everything you need and is in the perfect location. We enjoyed the short 3 minute walk to the beach, luckily the host provides two beach chairs and an umbrella, which really came in handy. They pool\spa area was very clean. We enjoyed getting to know the groundsman (he sanitized and cleaned every morning).

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Pedro’s place was the perfect home base for us for our 3 day weekend in the area. Walkable to beach, some restaurants, and almost groceries (it looks like the former Winn-Dixie nearby is being converted into an Aldi). The photos are accurate and there are thoughtful touches throughout. It’s a great space for a couple. Nice and clean and relaxing. The hosts were super responsive and friendly and we had a great experience.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay here. The place was just as described. You could not ask for a better location, it is right next door to Ron Jon and is walking distance to the beach, putt putt, and restaurants. Joe was very responsive and available if needed. The house is outfitted with all necessities. My kids had a blast at the beach :)

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Hedy's place is all about the location. Just steps to get across the dune to the beach. The lodging is as described and as shown in the pictures. Its not fancy but is clean, convenient, and very livable. Very much an old Florida vibe with a very friendly, proactive, and communicative host. Perfect for my little spring break getaway with my daughter.

Excellent location with private beach access! The pool was a lifesaver due to rough waters at the beach for a majority of our stay! The adults and the kids loved everything about the property! Highly recommended for large groups!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We loved using the beach chairs and umbrella so that we did not have to haul our own. Grocery stores and great restaurants were close by and the beach was footsteps away. The condo was very clean and the host had everything that we needed!

Staying here made traveling for our cruise out of Port Canaveral so easy. We will be booking this again prior to every cruise we take from now on.

Pam was a great host and the house exceeded our expectations. The views were great and the house had more character and charm than your typical air bnb. I immediately felt like I was on vacation when I walked in the house and I live only a few miles away.

This house is great! We were an extended family of adults and children ranging from 1yr -9years. This is our 2nd stay here and it was as nice as we remember. There is a lot of space to spread out both inside and outside. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom! The outdoor space is wonderful. We ate all of our meals on the patio. The pool was heated and great fun for the kids (and adults)! The pool area was a favorite hang out spot when we were not at the beach. The walk to the beach is short and safe. There were plenty of beach toys. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay at Richard’s. The house was spacious and easily fit our crew. The pool was amazing also. Richard was a very helpful host and was top notch with communication. We would definitely recommend!

Linn’s place was exactly as described in the listing! The home has plenty of space and is very inviting! The grounds and pool area are exquisitely maintained offering a very private and pristine setting despite being surrounded by other properties. We only had a couple minor suggestions which were privately messaged to the host as possible improvements to make future stays even more exceptional 😁 We have already booked for next year and can’t wait!

Gloria was absolutely amazing! her place was perfect for our family and very accommodating! we watched the launch from the beach because she let us know! we will definitely be back! this may be our new home away from home!

We absolutely loved Terry's place! It was beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed to just walk in and relax! The resort has so many things to do from movies to bingo to just relaxing at the pool. We really enjoyed the spacious balcony in the evenings. The check in was super fast and easy making this a clear choice to return to. We will definitely be back for spring break in the future!

Stayed 29 nights at Linda’s for work. Beach was beautiful and convenient. AC blows cold. No dishwasher unfortunately but that was ok. Beach amenities were a nice touch (towels, cooler, chair etc)
