Great place to stay in Satellite Beach! Beautiful beach that’s pretty quiet and not crowded. Walkable to some stores and restaurants. Easy to get to other places like Cocoa Beach. I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The hosts were AMAZING with communication and set my expectations front and center. The actual unit is modern and luxurious-feeling—a great place to come back to after an afternoon at the beach or out on the town. It very much feels like an upscale NY apartment. My favorite feature of this place was the bathroom! The lighting coupled with the walkin shower was amazing to enjoy after a long day. The location is right near the train tracks, as others have stated, but the noise really isn’t that bad at all. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and peaceful. There are also plenty of restaurants, stores, and the beach not far away, making it a pretty optimal place for vacation. Overall, I liked my experience and would stay here again the next time I visit. As a matter of fact, I would have stayed longer! Thanks RSVP Haven team 👍

I had a wonderful experience in Scott’s rental. It was the perfect place to unwind in a home away from home. The beach also was not over crowded. He always responded quickly. He left all we needed including beach chairs, toys, umbrellas. As well as home necessities.

The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

We Enjoyed our stay so much,the apartment was beautiful, very well stocked, was glad to find the spices in the cabinet, like that people left there extra unneeded item ic cabinets,we left paper towels, paper plates, the perishable we left for the owners in a small cooler .so if you need a small cooler for the beach they have one you can use,Carolyn and Mike are very nice,sweet and helpful, definitely make you feel welcomed. We appreciated the beach chairs , boogie boards ,sand buckets and shovels ,the beach towels were so big and soft especially the blue ones 💙 loved the private beach, the view and the sunrise 🌅 the patio furniture and loungers were great for laying out.would definitely come back .Thank you for the wonderful time and the use of the washer and dryer, I washed all sheets and towels for you left on bar clean. We had stayed in Cheryl's unit before she purchased and renovated it. All I can say is wow! The upgrades are amazing....comfy bed, more functional kitchen, upgraded decor. And all the things we loved about staying at Cocoa Beach Club remain...easy access to the beach, walking distance to Ron Jon and the pier, great parking. I look forward to my next trip to Cocoa Beach and this great condo.

Family vacation after driving 8 hours. We were allowed to check in early, which was amazing since we had an 8 month old with us. We could see the beach from the house. Would definitely stay again

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

We had a great time at this location! Not only was the place incredibly homey, clean, and in a great location- Jaime was amazing. Partway through our stay, the fridge started having some troubles. I reached out to Jaime and heard back right away- we had a new fridge in the unit by the end of the day! Absolutely amazing experience.

This place was perfect for our trip! There is plenty of room for a small family or a couple people. We loved being able to just walk to the beach anytime we wanted. the distance was barely over a block away. It was the perfect location! Also very private. Thanks again for letting us use your home for our first mother daughter beach trip!

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

Great location right on the beach. Nice and quiet! We enjoyed the supply of beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Plenty of space in the unit where 4 adults could comfortably stay. We had just two of us and a toddler and it would be better for older kids. There is loft window above the living room and kitchen which opens directly into the upstairs bedroom that made it difficult to sleep in. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Christine’s suite was perfectly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It was the little details that made it feel extra special. The space had everything we needed, and the peaceful garden was a highlight… our son loved spending time out there. It was quiet, relaxing, and just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay even better. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay again!

We had initially rented a place for our six day vacation/cousin’s wedding. When we arrived to the initial rental, it was not as pictured on Airbnb. My husband needed a recliner to sleep, as he has a bad back and can’t lay flat in a bed. The initial rental pictured a recliner that was not there when we arrived. We found Deb’s place on Airbnb with a reclining sofa/sectional that was very comfortable! She worked with us to get us all set up for her rental even though it was a last minute booking. Everything went smooth and fast with the booking. It was as described, plus better! The condo was well supplied with everything we needed from our plane flight for our stay and very comfortable! The condo was conveniently located to the wedding venue at NASA. Also, very convenient to other attractions and lots of good restaurants. Our favorite restaurant that we ate at almost every day was Atlantic Seafood, fresh, local seafood. Definitely will return.

We really enjoyed our stay here it was quiet and a very short walk to a beach that surprisingly wasn’t very busy. The showers were really nice and we were thankful to be able to use the provided beach chairs and umbrella. Overall a great experience
