Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Coco

Will was an excellent host and the condo was in an excellent gated complex with access to amenities and many restaurants nearby.

It was one of our best stays! It's a very clean unit with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped with various pots and pens and appliances. The beds were comfy to my surprise and we all slept like babies. The pool was great and clean. They also had pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment. Lennis was just great! she is super kind and the communication was very good. Definitely recommended.

Great studio room located in Marvista. Very close to Flamingo beach. Trails right out your back door and a gym that's only a 4 min walk away. Room had everything we needed for my husband and I. Colleen is a very responsive host and made everything very easy. Would stay again.

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Sandy and Melissa have a great place within walking distance to the beach! the space has everything you need and is clean and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again!

Solo female traveling alone. Felt immediately safe and comfortable in the gated community and walking alone to the beach and town. Friendly staff around who really care and take care of the property. Would highly recommend for your stay in Coco Beach! P.S. In case you play pickleball, check out The Club at Coco Bay which is a 5 minute walk. Day passes available. Buy at the desk, not online.

You will not regret staying here. My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience here in cocoa. The view really is that good & the pictures really are accurate. We came during the off season and got great weather, little rain but mostly sunny, and we are already rebooking during peak season. We fell in love with Costa Rica here. Thank you Dean! Lovely condo we will be revisiting soon! If you come you have to go to the restaurant Mar Azul right down the street walking distance! Incredible food great service.

Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Great location in Playa del Coco! Easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but not in the busy area so still relatively peaceful. 35 minutes to the airport or rental car return location. We will definitely stay again!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever booked, worthy of a honeymoon. The pool is amazing, the lighting is artsy, the rooms are spacious, the set up is unique. You feel like you’re in a movie. I will be coming back for sure, especially since they’re upgrading and building new homes on the property which I’m sure will also be stunning.

This place was an amazing stay. I was traveling with 6 of my college friends and slept perfectly comfortable on couches and doubles in bedrooms. The property is amazing, clean, great views, and perfectly private for us. Make sure you keep your eyes and ears out for howler monkeys, toads, tortoises and lots of tropical birds. My husband and I started off our honeymoon at The Spyglass. The views are incredible and we absolutely love Ocotal Beach and Father rooster. They have excellent ceviche!!! Super fresh and we own a seafood company so we know fresh! The pool was beautiful. The bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Powerful AC splitters in the bedrooms. We were very comfortable at Spyglass and definitely plan to go back. Cherie was extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She was very quick to respond.

The place is exactly as pictured and the hosts, John and Marina, were super responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations to help booking activities. Plenty of great dine-out recommendations with what to look out for and gotcha's. John really made us feel right at home and if we are returning to Playa del Coco in the future, we would definitely look to stay at this condo as it's very convenient and accessible. We loved it If I am really nit picking, then one minor improvement would be that the main gates could be driven by sensors to open when departing from the property instead of getting out of the vehicle to punch the codes - again it's really a non-issue but rather could be considered as an improvement.

We had a great stay! Walked to the beach every evening for a sunset swim. Tara and Tyson provided towels, beach chairs, beach bag and a wagon to pull it all over. We used the pool almost every day, but heads up, during the dry season, lots of leaves fall. This DID NOT STOP us from enjoying it! Oh and lots of iguanas to watch and locate every morning. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the pool. The patio also had a great BBQ to grill up dinners. One of the little, but great things, is the lock box to keep the house key in, never worried about losing it.

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. The beach and cute souvenir shops were just down the street, as was the fruit seller. We all

Had a great stay, really awesome 1 bedroom condo, on the ground floor, with a pool literally right in front of the patio. Everything was excellent and really clean, great location, close to the main area with bars and restaurants and close to the beach. We were able to check in a bit early, and that was very much appreciated, can't wait to come stay again.

This place is great! Good location, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, and clean house.. Paula was so nice and responsive to any question. Definitely I will come back with my family!
