Holiday rentals with a patio in Coco

view is awesome. doesn’t have its own pool it’s separate and before you go up the steep hill to the airbnb there’s a small super market that can be useful. there’s also an asian market down the street.

Truly amazing stay. Laura could not of been a better host. From the start we felt right at home and Laura was kind enough to offer us rides to town to show us around. She made us feel right at home and her property is beautiful. For getting to town just use Uber, it’s really cheap! Casa Catalina is the perfect spot in Tamarindo and Laura could not have been a better more thoughtful host!

Will was an excellent host and the condo was in an excellent gated complex with access to amenities and many restaurants nearby.

The place is very nice, it is spectacular for couples, the place and the safety of the place, everything was very tidy and tidy.

Excellent place to stay if traveling to the Potrero/ Flamingo area! The property grounds and rental unit are beautiful; the pictures are exactly what you get upon arrival! I loved drinking coffee outside in the mornings and watching the monkeys play in the trees! Communication with the host and family was great, and they left a binder full of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, excursions, and more! I look forward to staying at the rental again in the future!

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

Clean, bright, airy apartment right on Potrero beach. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and a very well-equipped, spacious kitchen. 5-10 minute walk—via the beach if we wanted—to several excellent restaurants and a serviceable grocery store. Loved watching pelicans dive for fish from the balcony and the stunning sunsets.

You will not regret staying here. My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience here in cocoa. The view really is that good & the pictures really are accurate. We came during the off season and got great weather, little rain but mostly sunny, and we are already rebooking during peak season. We fell in love with Costa Rica here. Thank you Dean! Lovely condo we will be revisiting soon! If you come you have to go to the restaurant Mar Azul right down the street walking distance! Incredible food great service.

Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. This place was very nice. The location was very close to the beach - walkable - and to downtown Coco. The pool was also refreshing after a day at the beach! The property seems well managed and taken care of - making for a comfortable and stress free stay.

What an amazing-upscale property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our family of 4 stayed here and couldn't have been happier with the property, service, etc. One note, would highly recommend having a car rental to get around as its a private community tucked away on the side of a mountain with amazing views. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

If you have looked at this place more than once, BOOK IT! The property is everything you see in the pictures and more. If cooking at home is your thing she has more supplies than most kitchens! The house was open, spacious, & exceptionally clean! It truly exceeded our expectations. It’s 5-30 minutes to several beaches all with different things to offer, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from just down the road as well! The neighborhood was quiet, we felt safe out walking & enjoying the scenery! MOST importantly, Monica is all in to help! I was nervous when we landed later than planned & we would be driving in the dark (advise against that if it’s a long drive), she was available from the minute we landed until the time we got back to the US for anything we needed! She offered good advice on restaurants, honest & informative about logistics of being in CR & is truly dedicated to making sure you enjoy your stay! We will definitely be back!

Cherie was absolutely amazing. Extremely flexible as we arrived several hours early and she had no problem allowing us early access. She was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had whether it was about the house or about local recommendations. The house itself is beautiful and very private with incredible views. House and host both get 20 out of 10 reviews from us. 1000% recommend booking with her.

Beautiful. Peaceful. Private but tons to do. First time in Costa Rica, thank goodness Catherine recommend me to rent a car. Very helpful. The property is gorgeous, the views immaculate. Within a 5 minute drive you can hit numerous beaches, golf at Reserva Conchal, fresh super markets, marina for fishing and booze cruises, restaurants (Garcia of course is fabulous, 2 minutes away, Fernando and Randal were like family). 10/10 highly recommended, I will be back!

This apartment is outstanding and comes with every amenity you could ask for — even a dryer, which is quite rare in Costa Rica. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the ocean views from both the master bedroom and the living room are absolutely spectacular. Frances is a wonderful host — very attentive and always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Located between Playa del Coco and Playa Ocotal, the condo is quiet and safe. Security guards in the evening and at night. Beautiful pool. Located about 45 minutes from the airport.

Words can't describe how awesome Laura and Melissa are! Before we even our started our trip to Coasta Rica they both greeted us and explained instructions very clearly. Upon arrival, Laura promptly gave us a walk through on the property's amenities. Not one item within the property felt like it was unnecessarily placed, everything does its part to add to the beautiful esthetics of the home. If you're a coffee or tea in the morning I'll highly suggest have a cup in the morning and taking in the view from the balcony. From a comfort perspective, the a/c and hot water works great. Also, During our stay, Melissa helped organize a boat tour for us that was a blast. I could go on and on about the beauty of this place but I'll leave my review with this, if you ever find youself in the Playa del Coco area looking for a place to stay I highly recommend choosing this location as a way to supplement the memories you're going to make while visiting this beautiful country.

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Great place to stay! Sebastian was very responsive and helpful. Location can’t be beat right on the beach. Cute restaurants in walking distance. Would recommend having a car.

AMAZING! I have stayed at multiple airbnb's over the years and I can honestly say that Laura's place is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The home has everything you could possibly need, the bed is so comfortable and huge! The home is right infront of the pool but private at the same time. Neighbors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Laura is always quick to respond, I never had to ask for anything, lots of supplies, feels like your right at home. We loved coco beach, lots to do, restaurants, stores, the beach was so nice. We did rent a car for our stay. It is walkable but I'd say 15-20 minute walk to the middle of town. Thank you so much Laura!! We'll definitely be back! I would 100% recommend Laura's place 😁
