Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cockspur Island

This was a perfect home for our family of four, including two toddlers. Everything was clean and we appreciated the early check-in. Love staying at Hilton Head Resorts!

We loved the location, 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park which had an awesome farmers market on Saturday morning, coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants. Also close to the Dot stop for free transportation to other attractions. Brendan went out of his way to make sure our sleeping arrangements were extra comfortable, and we appreciated this so much. It was great to come home to the perfect little pool after exploring in Savannah's heat! We highly recommend this location!

Our stay at Brandy’s place was exactly what we needed! We started our trip on the wrong foot by finding out that our original accommodations were not what we were expecting. We were able to resolve this and get booked with Brandy the very next day, and were so relieved when we arrived to her place! It was spotless, and really felt like a well-managed, well-maintained vacation rental. Coligny Plaza is about a 15-minute walk, and about half that by bike. The outdoor pool was undergoing renovations, but the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely! Beach chairs and wagon were included, and on our last day we found a pickleball set in the closet! Everything was as described, and our stay was wonderful. Brandy was very responsive EVEN while she was in Europe on vacation. We had an amazing experience working with her on-site property manager who took care of everything we needed. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend booking with Brandy!

We had a wonderful visit. The was a small issue with the toilet when we arrived, and even though it was a Sunday followed by a holiday, she managed to take care of the issue quickly and with very little inconvenience on our part. We would recommend Gloria and this property

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

Steve and Jenna were super friendly and very accommodating. They extended our guest pass so we could use the amenities after check out! The place was super clean, and so much to do for all our kids! Thank you Steve and Jenna!

Location was great! We brought our own bikes to ride the Spanish Moss Trail with our kids. There was a trail head a few blocks away. We even rode bikes into town one day. Beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept well. Open floor plan was great. Kids could watch a show while parents made a meal. Susanna proactively reached out and provided directions and recommendations for activities and restaurants right before the trip. We had no need to reach out during our stay. We had a great time at the Chapel and highly recommend it!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed riding bikes and swimming in the community's pool. My husband and daughter had fun walking the dog and looking for alligators ;-). We enjoyed evening bike rides to the general store where we got soft serve icecream and riding the free shuttle to the beach during the day. Laura was very quick to respond when I had questions and seemed genuinely interested in recieving input on her home. We would definitely consider coming back. Thanks Laura!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jacquelyn’s space. The interior layout is open and bright. The kitchen is beautiful. The backyard has so much charm with a few fruit trees. Our kids loved this place and they felt right at home. The location is very convenient. We walked to everything. We had a great time!

Andrew was a great host!! When we arrived he let us check in early and the AC in the upstairs part of the unit had broken, and he was on top of it! He made sure that he had a professional and experienced HVAC man on the scene within a couple hours! They fixed the issue quickly! Host was very responsive and communicated properly with us! While the HVAC was being serviced he sat with us and told us some history on the property and messaged us a list of food places. Overall one of the best experiences! Everything was perfect! I would stay at the Jones carriage house again!

5 stars We loved our stay in this home! The courtyard was very private and a perfect space for our two mini schnauzers to play. The home is all one level, decorated lovely and stocked with everything one would need for a visit. Our host was very accommodating by allowing an early check in which was very helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Forsyth Park & several trolley locations. Powell’s place was amazing from start to finish. Gorgeous! Quietest location I have ever stayed at in Savannah! Easy walk to the river and to Forsyth. Comfy beds, clean kitchen, three FULL bathrooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect for our long weekend trip. Powell was quick and easy to communicate with. Nothing but a great experience all around.

I loved this place. It combined convenience - so close to the beach and other HH activities - and seclusion. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with every amenity needed and I loved the screened porch. Suzanne was communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We had a very enjoyable stay during our week in Hilton head. The location provided lots of opportunity to enjoy the beach the pool and plenty of walking. All of the restaurants were very good in terms of food and atmosphere.

Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing. The house was clean and free of clutter, the coffee maker was easy to use, the kitchen amenities were as advertised. The home was welcoming and cool upon arrival and it was easy to get into the home. The instructions were clear and the book provided was an amazing help. Nothing went awry in the home and we will be booking again. The host was responsive and always willing to help. She afforded us to check-in earlier and we were blown away. The bedrooms were beautiful and the home was very aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was close to a grocery store and our event destination. Again it was an overall amazing experience and when we visit again we hope to book you again. Thank you all for everything.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

While we only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, we would absolutely return for longer! Jaime and Marie’s place was absolutely adorable. It looked just like the pictures, had all the things you and your family could need for a beach trip, and had the most comfortable beds! The decor was picture perfect and looked brand new. Jaime and Marie were extremely responsive to all my questions and were very kind. I had a billing concern early on and they were quick to help problem solve it for me. Hilton Head is our favorite place and we come every year. We are thankful to have found a new spot we can add to our list for places to stay. Great location, peaceful, and a real hidden gem. Great location and space. Host was easy to contact with fast responses.

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!
