Monthly Rentals in Clio

Todd’s cabin exceeded our expectation, it was so cute ! The area is very private and felt safe and so relaxing. It was a short drive to either Clio or Graeagle without having to stay in the middle of all the excitement going on during the holiday weekend. My husband and I had a romantic dinner for 2 at the Frank Lloyd Wright designed lodge at the super close Nakoma resort. Even though this cabin allowed our pug you couldn’t tell dogs had ever been there. Extremely clean & well appointed with everything you would need, including a spa tub! I highly recommended staying at Todd’s cabin 🌲💚 such a special location.

Everything we were looking for - and more! This wonderful cabin perfectly met our extended family's needs, with separate bathrooms for each of the main bedrooms, and a sweet downstairs bedroom and play area (complete with awesome toys!) for our kiddo. Not to mention a spacious, well-appointed kitchen, plenty of comfy communal spaces, and sooo many fun games and activities around the property! The sweet owners live onsite in a separate house, giving you plenty of space and privacy, but kindly helping if anything is needed. This was also an ideal jumping-off spot for exploring the nearby Feather River and Plumas National Forest with our extended family and two dogs. Lovely spot, conveniently located!

Communication was quick and consistent. They offered a lot of flexibility with our plans. This is the only wood cabin I have ever seen remodeled successfully! It is modern and comfortable =] The backyard is it's own oasis

A beautiful home in a breathtaking setting overlooking the river. Very clean with cozy cabin decor. Kitchen was well appointed with dinnerware, glasses and pots and pans. We celebrated my grandson’s first birthday and Mother’s Day. My older grandson (2.5 years) loved the fire pit and making his first s’mores. The deck is wonderful and we watched birds, bats and stars. We would absolutely love to stay again!
