It was very nice and we felt very comfortable. However, air conditioning would have been optimal at the high temperatures.

We had a fantastic stay in Lucignano. The place was beautiful and very comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Giacomo was an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host, and communication throughout was excellent. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is stunning — a beautiful town nestled in the Tuscan hills, and a great central spot for exploring the region. Parking was very easy to find and extremely convenient. The flat was well stocked, and it was a real bonus to have air conditioning in the summer heat. The TV was nice and big, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. All in all, a brilliant stay — highly recommend!! 😊

Luca is an amazing host! He is super friendly and responsive. His apartment is in a very good and peaceful place. The view is just amazing. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week at Argena. The views from the terrace are some of the most incredible we’ve ever seen in Tuscany - truly mesmerizing. Vincent was a wonderful host - from greeting us with drinks, giving us local recommendations to showing us the nearby forest lake where you can swim and kayak (a thoroughly memorable afternoon), he really went over and above. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped and good value. As well as Lucignano which is lovely, it is well situated to visit Arezzo - great for shopping, Siena, Montepulciano and Florence. A brilliant find!

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

The place was just what I needed. It was close to the center of town. I came for the monthly antiques market and didn’t think twice about walking back to my accommodation several times to drop off my purchases. I was given a highlighted map of Arezzo along with an overview of where to dine and which attractions to visit. I plan to stay here again for my next visit.

Great stay at Paolo’s cottage. He helped us with restaurants and was very accommodating. Location is very peaceful!

I was looking for a quiet place in Tuscany in a rustic atmosphere and it was a great choice. Silence, beautiful views, a restaurant with authentic dishes... what more could you want?:-) I recommend this place for all those who value peace and love nature!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise quite doable if you drive slowly. But it is also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Somewhat annoying is the squeaky gas heater and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's already whining at a high level. All in all, a great place to stay with a very nice and accommodating host.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Asso's Place was the perfect home for our family in Florence!  The most luxurious Air BnB we've found to date - with original paintings, a generous supply of records, DVDs, and books galore.  The Duomo felt so close that we could reach out the window and touch it. The location was walking distance from all the major attractions and excellent restaurants. Piero and Raffaela were perfect hosts, reaching out to us with information about restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit, and answering every question quickly. Raffaella greeted us in person and pointed out important features of the apartment.  All of our needs were met to perfection.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

The place is great and great getaway to relax. Will highly suggest!! The oil was great.

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

The property is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and with a pool with an incredible view. The room was super clean and with all possible comforts. We interacted a lot with a very kind lady at the reception, very friendly and helpful. The wine we tasted was also exceptional , it's worth staying there for just one night! Extremely recommended

The house was incredibly charming, and its location was peaceful and scenic. Communication with Benedetta was smooth, and she provided a lot of helpful information about local restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed the hiking trails through the deep forests of the nearby hills.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)

We loved our stay here . The pool is amazing ! Great to cool off at the end of a hot day after touring . Aircon in all rooms is a treat ! Simone was excellent communicator ! Singaluna is the town nearby with great spots to eat and drink . Great location for touring Tuscany yet away from all the tourists ! 🤣

The apartment was lovely. We stayed there for 6 days from end of May into start of June. The view is incredible and the fact there is a nice balcony and a swimming pool that look over it are a bonus. Raisa was very helpful with suggestions for the area, and they let us do our own thing on the land peacefully. The dogs are very adorable and friendly too! For anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with the occasional trip into Castelina in Chianti (would recommend there are many lovely spots to eat), this is a perfect getaway.
