We had a fantastic stay in Lucignano. The place was beautiful and very comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Giacomo was an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host, and communication throughout was excellent. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is stunning — a beautiful town nestled in the Tuscan hills, and a great central spot for exploring the region. Parking was very easy to find and extremely convenient. The flat was well stocked, and it was a real bonus to have air conditioning in the summer heat. The TV was nice and big, which was great for relaxing in the evenings. All in all, a brilliant stay — highly recommend!! 😊

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow! This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

La habitación es tal cual se ve en las fotos y además se ofrecían otras amenities Como botellas de agua, bizcochos dulces, te y café, tetera eléctrica y cafetera con cápsulas. La cama es cómoda y he dormido muy bien. Hay shampoo y otros cosméticos a disposición. Recomiendo este alojamiento para pasar algunas noches en Arezzo

Un'ottima soluzione a pochi minuti dal centro di Arezzo, ampio parcheggio gratuito disponibile di fronte alla casa. Le stanze sono nuove, pulite e dotate davvero di tutti i comfort! Virgina è un host attenta e disponibile! Per noi super approvato, lo consigliamo!

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questa casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto accogliente ed in stile con il paesaggio, ampia e pulita. Possibilità di sedersi su tavolino e sedie all'esterno, con vista sul giardino. Super consigliato!

We loved Montepulciano and the Casa di Design / La Civetta was the perfect place to stay. The apartment is a creative and beautifully renovated space with everything needed for a short stay. The showers were powerfull and the beds very comfortable with lovely sheets. Everywhere in the centre of Montepulciano is within walking distance and there was even a bar at the end of the road! Check in was easy with helpful photos to help us find our way. Thanks

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

Eine super schöne Unterkunft. Der Weg dorthin ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich und nicht für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen, aber sonst gut machbar wenn man langsam fährt. Dafür ist es aber auch total ruhig dort. Das Häuschen ist niedlich eingerichtet. Alles wichtige war vorhanden und Alessandro hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Das Bett und die Kissen sind ausgesprochen bequem. Etwas störend ist die fiepende Gastherme und die Tatsache, dass die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ziemlich geschwankt hat. Vielleicht lässt sich das ja noch reparieren. Aber das ist schon jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen mit allem Komfort für eine entspannte Urlaubswoche in Val D’Orcia. Der Ausblick vom Garten des Grundstücks ist einfach nur wunderschön!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

La struttura è meravigliosa, immersa nel verde e con una piscina dalla vista incredibile. La camera era pulitissima e con tutti i comfort possibili. Abbiamo interagito molto con una gentilissima signora della reception, molto cordiale e disponibile. Il vino che abbiamo degustato inoltre era eccezionale , vale la pena soggiornarci anche solo per una notte! Estremamente raccomandato

Als je in Toscane wil verblijven en in een klein paradijs terecht wil komen, boek dan deze Airbnb! Alles klopt en is fijn aan deze plek. We voelden ons compleet thuis en hadden graag langer willen blijven. We hopen ooit terug te keren!

We had a fantastic week at Argena. The views from the terrace are some of the most incredible we’ve ever seen in Tuscany - truly mesmerizing. Vincent was a wonderful host - from greeting us with drinks, giving us local recommendations to showing us the nearby forest lake where you can swim and kayak (a thoroughly memorable afternoon), he really went over and above. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped and good value. As well as Lucignano which is lovely, it is well situated to visit Arezzo - great for shopping, Siena, Montepulciano and Florence. A brilliant find!

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.
