5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Lovely stay with stunning views of the valley. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, you can see Elena knows how to make sure all the little details are thought of to make your stay exceptional. A nice touch is there are fresh delicious baked goods in the shared kitchen each day of the 5 days we were there. A well deserved 5 stars!

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

It was like a dream. It made us consider leaving Germany and stay in The Tuskany. Beautiful surrounding with a very nice pool area and garden with fruit trees, chickens and sweet cats. We felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. We would recommend Piandarca for 100% and wish to come back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

A beautiful Medieval building with modern conveniences inside - new and clean kitchen & bathroom, fantastic decor (great colour schemes), spacious and very comfortable. Titti is a beautiful host and the property is a short drive to Arezzo, & other divine villages such as Cortona. If we could give Titti 6 stars, we would. Incredibly tranquil, set in the Italian countryside. The property had everything we needed. Ana was also very responsive whenever we needed anything.

Really nice flat with a lovely terrace. Stairs were a challenge with luggage after a long day's travel, but we were expecting that. Also knew there was no kitchen which really would've made it perfect. Also recommend Arezzo - Tuscan history and charm without the tourist crowds and the flat is within the old centre- perfect for exploring.

Amanda's apartment provided a warm, comfortable, and well-appointed home for a month in Castiglion Fiorentino. The laundry room, large kitchen, and private outdoor space were the perfect amenities for an extended stay for a couple. Part way through our trip, we had friends rent the attached apartment and we opened the adjoining doors so we could play cards in front of the fire in the evenings. Amanda arranged occasional cleanings during our stay, as well as organizing cars to/from the train station on our arrival and departure. This is a beautiful, safe, and walkable hill town with fantastic restaurants, museums, churches, and shops that were open even in the off season. The people, town, and food were warm and wonderful. We began Italian language lessons while there and became regulars at the Cafè Le Logge with its incredible view. We took regular daytrips by train to Arezzo or Florence, and by bus or car to Cortona and Chiusi. We could have stayed a month longer! Amanda was amazing!

This is a lovely apartment on an old cobbled street about 50 metres from Piazza Grande, which makes it perfect for the monthly antique fair. It is airy, spacious and beautifully presented. It is a bit darker at some times of the day than it looks in the photos but that's only because the buildings face each other. Was nice to have little extras provided like oil and coffee capsules. Sara and her sister were always very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Remo is a calm man with whom you can have a good chat. He speaks many languages, we communicated in English and that went well. The price-quality ratio is absolutely right. It is a bit dated but well maintained and everything you need is present. I was there for 2 weeks to go mountain biking. It is a perfect base for this. Everything can be done from the front door. To the west, the hills and Noor, to the east, the valley. Also great for gravel. And a shed to put the bike(s) in. Super!! I have cycled more than 750 kilometers here in 2 weeks, and it has not yet become boring!! Highly recommend!

The structure that hosted us is very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Maria Stella is very kind and always ready to answer any questions, present for every need. Perhaps the road connecting the villa to the state road (not even a km) is a bit rough but, on the other hand, it can offer, as it did to us, the sight of a fawn or a boar with its young (no danger, just pleasant to see). Wonderful view from the terrace. Would I go back? Yes, gladly!

Very nice apartment. We visited a real palace. The frescoes create a special Italian atmosphere. I liked everything very much.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
