Holiday rentals with breakfast in Civitella in Val di Chiana

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

Riccardo, contattato via messaggi, è stato sempre puntuale nelle risposte e super esaustivo nelle indicazioni riguardanti l'appartamento, vari consigli su dove parcheggiare e su come arrivare alla struttura. Cassetta di sicurezza per la chiave quindi check in molto rapido. Appartamento pulito e in ottima posizione per visitare montepulciano a piedi. 4 bottiglie d'acqua a disposizione e tutto il necessario per fare colazione. Lo consiglio

Lorenzo is a super friendly host who did his best to make us feel at home. The house is very unique as well as the location. We love this part of Firenze!

The apartment is in a cozy and peaceful location. I’m really glad we chose this place for our stay with friends – it’s very clean, comfortable, and has a lovely little balcony. Francesca is a true example of how a host should welcome guests: she provided all the necessary information quickly and greeted us warmly. Highly recommended!

Sonia was extremely helpful from start to beginning. Gave us great recommendations which ended up being some of our favourite nights! The most stunning location and beautifully kept place, with everything you could possibly need to live in. 30 mins from Florence, 1 hour from Siena and miles of beautiful scenery and wineries as far as the eye can see As a british couple in our 20’s we loved our stay here ❤️

Se potessi darei 6 stelle! Giovanna e suo marito sono stati molto accoglienti e super disponibili, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! L'alloggio è ancora più bello dal vivo che nelle foto, molto pulito, fornito di ogni cosa di cui si potesse necessitare. La zona circostante molto tranquilla immersa nel verde, di facile accesso a diversi sentieri, perfetta per chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Her place radiates peace and tranquility, offering a beautiful view of the countryside while being just a short and convenient train ride from Florence. The setting is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet close enough to explore the city with ease. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

We loved staying at Anna’s apartment and she went over and above on helping us. She picked us up at the bus station and drove us up to her place, then she explained where things were as we drove through the village. When we got to the apartment she explained how things worked and where things were in the apartment. There was a little language barrier as she doesn’t know a lot of English and we don’t know a lot of Italian but we were able to figure things out with her and she was very gracious and patient with us. The apartment is right in the heart of the village with plenty of stores, restaurants and wine tasting rooms near by. On the day that we were scheduled to leave we had a problem getting a taxi to get us back to the train station, even though we booked it the day before and we messaged Anna and she got right on it and got it done for us. She is a God send. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to come back to Montepulciano.

Caterina was a great host. Her place is very central and walkable to almost everything. Helpful and flexible. Elevator makes a huge difference and building is also very quite and secure.

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

아름다운 자연환경 속 영화에 나오는 것 같은 집에서 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 친절하고 다정한데 응답도 너무 빠르신 호스트 덕에 끼안띠에서의 시간을 좋은 기억으로 간직하게 될 것 같아요. 숙소를 찾아가는 길이 초행인 도시녀들에게 처음엔 조금 힘들었지만, 익숙해지니 어렵지 않았어요. 일출과 일몰을 보기에도 완벽. 오늘 떠나왔지만 또 다시 가고싶어요.

Words do not do Francesco and Cecilia’s villa justice. We have stayed at many places, but this one is tops! Beautiful villa and surroundings. Great breakfast supplies (which we did not expect). Tremendous space, privacy,and beautiful landscape! We slept late most days because the loudest sound was the bumblebees in the stunning jasmine outside and the birds. We like to cook and the kitchen was fantastic. Everything was fantastic, including our very wonderful hosts!!! We will go back!! Great experience!!

Our stay here was unforgettable! The breathtaking beauty began as soon as we drove up, and it only improved from there. Our room felt magical, and the tower terrace was absolutely spectacular. Surrounded by vineyards, we were truly in awe of the stunning scenery. Highly recommended!

Siamo stati ospiti per due notti, in due momenti diversi a distanza di pochi giorni, durante un viaggio di coppia in bici lungo l’Eroica. La posizione è ottima, abbiamo raggiunto l'agriturismo sempre e solo in bici. Di sera si sentono solo i suoni della natura, davvero rigenerante. Il panorama a 360° è mozzafiato, soprattutto al tramonto. La piscina è fantastica, pulitissima, attrezzata con sdraio e circondata da un prato curato. Tutto qui è autentico. È bello vedere con quanta cura e semplicità Serena e la sua famiglia gestiscono il luogo, rispettando e valorizzando la natura che li circonda. È stato davvero un piacere soggiornare qui, un’oasi di pace che ci ha regalato momenti di vero relax. La piscina, in particolare, è stata un toccasana dopo le intense giornate in bici. Grazie di tutto Serena! Torneremo sicuramente!

Matteo (and his family) were extremely gracious hosts. They are in a beautiful location and a perfect “base camp” to explore the region - from wineries, Florence, Sienna, Lucca and more. His cooking class was also amazing and highly recommended.

Sono arrivata alle 21.30 con mia figlia di 6 anni e ho trovato subito l'alloggio come da indicazioni di Andrea, la strada antecedente l'alloggio è un pò dissestata ma la mia fiesta decennale ce l'ha fatta perciò ce la possono fare tutti :) Il casolare è spazioso e molto pulito tanto da girovagare scalze sul parquet, il camino è incredibile mi ha fatto venire voglia di tornare d'inverno per godermelo acceso! Unico consiglio che posso dare, ma unicamente per migliorare la permanenza nel caso di più giorni può essere la sostituzione della tendina per la doccia con un box, che è più pratico, ma essendo rimasta solo una sera me la sono cavata alla grande! Teresa, Agustino, and Danieli were great. The home was gorgeous. The breakfasts were fantastic. The winery tour with Danieli was beyond memorable. If you get the opportunity to stay at this property, take it! We highly recommend.
