Monthly Rentals in City Beach

Maree’s studio was once again perfect for our needs. So safe, clean and close to where we needed to be. The accommodation has everything we need and we will be back.

We had a great stay at Shuling's place! Although we didn't meet her during the stay, we had the distinct pleasure of meeting Roy and Laddawan who very kindly facilitated our check-in, ensured we had everything we needed during the stay and we even had a lovely long conversation with them before checking-out. We truly felt at home with their warm hospitality. The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, there is a supermarket, cafe and some shops right across the road, extremely convenient. The house (which is a granny house located at the back of the main house) itself is perfect and spotless, with every amenity provided. It is quite large and suitable for families. They even very kindly provided use of their Netflix and Google Nest. We are thankful that they allowed us to check-in early and check-out later to accommodate our flight schedule. Overall, Roy and Laddawan are wonderful hosts who provide a value for money, spotless and convenient home away from home. We will be back!

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Booked this on behalf on my daughter, the accommodation was perfect, easy access to the bus to get into the city centre and walkable distance to the beach. The host had left her some essentials such as milk coffee bread butter and cereals which was a nice touch. Highly recommend
