The unit is cozy and comfortable with easy supermarket access at the ground level to buy water or any daily necessity. The view is out-of-this-world especially at night. You can see Jakarta full of lights, so beautiful. It has washing machine and drying rack which are very convenient for travellers. If you wanna go shopping, this place is very close to Mall Kelapa Gading or Mall of Indonesia. Only 5 minutes drive using taxi or online taxi like GoCar or Grab. Overall, this place is very recommended for travellers who want to visit Jakarta. Thank you Adinda 😊 🙏

I stayed in Effendy's apartment for a month. Effendy is a great host. Super friendly, very helpful, and his communication is perfect. I have stayed in several different apartments in the complex and Effendy's apartment was the best I have stayed at. It's incredibly clean, came with all amenities, and bug-free. My favourite thing is it was quiet even though it's located on the 6th floor. My expectation was that the lower floors wouldn't be so quiet and as quiet as the higher floors and I had my reservations about if it would be as quiet as I like. And the location is great. The apartment complex has so many little shops, cafes, food vendors, and services you can get almost everything you need without leaving the complex. I will 100% stay there again. Highly-recommended!
