Giraldo was very professional and we were supported throughout the stay. He himself took us to Cayo Gulliermo and Cayo Coco, making it much easier for us to access the Cayos. I found the room clean with 220Watt power outlets. What surprised me were the high prices of drinks, especially water, which guests can use in the minibar. It is a host policy that I do not agree with very much, but it is always possible to buy these drinks outside and pay for them at lower prices. I wasn't able to stay with Maris Isabel, because I wasn't able to find any transportation to Moron. But my communication with her was very good and I'm sure I'm sure they are a lovely family to stay with.
