Holiday rentals with a pool in Chipiona

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Ha sido una estancia excelente. No nos ha faltado nada en ningún momento y Roberto siempre ha estado disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier cosa. La casa es preciosa y está muy bien cuidada, al igual que el jardín y la piscina.

On arrival, Ana and Fer greeted us like dear friends, which made us feel right at home and very welcome. As you enter the property, the first thing you notice is the fresh smell of cleanliness and a gentle pleasant aroma of airfresh diffusers. Then, OMG! It's a palace! The place is modern, high tech, bright with high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. The outside is spacious, with soft seating areas, outside kitchen bar and toilet and a stunning large pool. If this was a hotel, it would be 7-star rated. TV's in bedrooms is a bonus, and we had the use of washing machine which was not listed. Ana and Fer left us a welcome gift of the local Sherry which was wonderful and much appreciated. They thought of everything you could possibly need for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen had plenty of condiments, coffee pods and necessary crockery, glassware and utensils. We slept like babies in their comfortable beds, and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The best! Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Hemos estado muy a gusto, el apartamento es muy bonito, las camas muy cómodas.

Het huis, het zwembad, de meer dan complete keuken en de locatie overstegen de verwachting. Ondanks dat het niet de goedkoopste locatie in Andalusië is was dit ons het meer dan waard. Wandelend naar het strand of een restaurant om de hoek, maar ook de belangrijke plaatsen waren op relatief korte afstand: Cádiz als bijzondere stad met haar eigen Golf van Cádiz Jerez de la Frontera met haar sherry, paarden en, als je geluk hebt, de feria de Jerez Maar ook Tarifa, the place to be, als je watersporter bent met aan de ene kant de Middelandse Zee en aan de andere kant de Atlantische Oceaan. Alles binnen handbereik. Communiceren met Aafke was heel prettig en vriendelijk. Veel tips en altijd antwoord op vragen die we hadden. Kortom: fantastisch! Deze plek, dit huis wil ik iedereen aanraden. Wij waren met vier volwassenen maar ook kinderen zullen zich hier goed vermaken!

Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll: Die zwei Brüder Angel und Jesus, die sich um das Haus, den Garten und den Pool kümmern sind extrem freundlich und die sympatischsten Menschen die ich jemals kennengelernt habe. Sie haben mir tolle Empfehlungen zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen gegeben und waren immer gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist extrem sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, der Garten ist wunderschön ebenso wie die Lage des Hauses. Wer gerne seine Ruhe hat sobald er nach Hause kommt, ist hier genau richtig! Mir hat ebenso sehr gefallen, dass das Auto direkt in der Einfahrt steht, welche durch zwei Tore extrem sicher geparkt ist. Das Internet im Haus ist sehr gut. Ich empfehle jedem diese Unterkunft mit den freundlichen Gastgebern von tiefstem Herzen und komme sehr gerne in der Zukunft wieder! Ha sido una estancia espectacular, las instalaciones muy acogedoras, la limpieza de 10, y Ana y su marido pendientes en todo momento. Destacar el detalle de cortesía que te dejan en la nevera. No les faltó un detalle. Volveremos.

El apartamento es perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotos! Esta en una urbanización muy tranquila y la zona con la playa a escasos metros. Macarena muy amable, estuvo para recibirnos y nos puedo todo muy fácil. Estancia inmejorable

Encantados con la estancia, un sitio muy tranquilo con muy buenas vistas al campo de golf. La zona de la piscina también es muy agradable y hay parking exterior dentro de la urbanización. La cocina está bien equipada para poder cocinar durante las estancia sin problema .

Apartamento amplio, limpio y muy cómodo. En la zona del apartamento se encuentran todos los servicios necesarios. Tuvimos una estancia inmejorable.

Jose Luis ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, persönlicher Checkin, gute Kommunikation und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Das Apartment war sauber, gemütlich und mit Allem ausgestattet, was wichtig ist. Uns hat unser Langzeiturlaub so gut in Jose Luis Wohnung gefallen, dass wir erneut gebucht haben. Danke Jose Luis und alles Gute

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

Notre séjour dans le logement d'Angela a été parfait à tous points de vue. Le logement est fonctionnel, spacieux, très propre, très bien aménagé et avec tout ce qu'il faut, il ne manque absolument rien. La terrasse donne une pièce supplémentaire car étant bien abritée on a pu y manger même avec une petite pluie le dernier jour et la vue est apaisante. Angela (et sa maman) ont été très réactives à chacune de nos questions. Je recommande vivement ce logement, c'est une pépite ! Angela nous a également fait des recommandations de restaurants et donné des indications pour le quotidien. Le personnel de la résidence a également été très sympathique.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, con buenos servicios y muy limpio. La anfitriona es muy atenta y nos dio todas las facilidades en todo momento. Repetiremos seguro!
