Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

If you are looking at AirBNBs in DC and came across Greg’s listing, you can stop looking because you’ve found the one! My family of four (myself, my husband, and our two young teen daughters) stayed here during our trip to DC and it could not have been more perfect. Greg’s place has quality furnishings, a quality iron, nice towels and linens, is spotless, well-maintained and well thought out. His friendly labels in perfect places aid your stay. The hand soap, dish soap, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, and even coffee and other kitchen essentials were SO helpful and we appreciated it all! It felt like a home away from home. There are strategically placed multi plug units at the bedsides and desks so you won’t have to hunt for outlets, extra blankets and towels at the ready, and plenty of hangers. The use of a door code is easy and convenient, the location is quiet, safe, and walkable to two metros. I don’t think any AirBNB could ever top Greg’s and I would stay again!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and me on our little getaway! Linda was so helpful and responded lightning fast to all of my questions. It was clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights to be close to College Park for our son's graduation. Everything was perfect! Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Rosemarie and Santiago were super easy to communicate with, they accommodated an earlier check-in and provided a parking pass for our 2nd car. Highly recommend!

Ja-Rei’s place was great! Very nice inside and thoughtful amenities. Easy to find and in a great neighborhood near lots of food and shops. Ja-Rei was a great host and we would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and comfortable. Driving to and from DC was very easy and took a reasonable amount of time. Parking was great even for a 12 passenger van. There is no bathroom on the floor with the kitchen, so be prepared for stairs, they aren’t bad, but just realize if someone in your party has trouble with stairs it’s not just getting inside that has stairs, they will have to go up and down them to get to a bathroom as well. Wal-Mart was just down the road. We enjoyed the stay. There were 7 of us and it never felt crowded.

Clean, comfortable, close to Washington DC. The hosts were very responsive to the couple of questions we had. We found the address easily, though we were not sure of which unit it was, but we received a quick answer when we messaged the host. As others have also mentioned, we loved the Nespresso machine and enjoyed the variety of snacks. It was so nice to have the garage, since we did have some rainy days. It was convenient for us to bring our dog too, with the park just across the street. We found many nice restaurants in the surrounding area. Ballston Local has delicious pizza, The Quarterdeck is known for crab and seafood fare, The Liberty Tavern - awesome burgers, and O'Sullivan's Irish Pub for Irish stew and shepherd's pie. If we return to the area someday, we would definitely stay here again.

It’s a great little apartment with modern amenities. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Can easily walk to nearby restaurants and hop on a bus and go downtown. Raymond is very friendly and responsive. Would recommend.

I truly can’t speak highly enough about this experience. The space was so well put together. Clean, minimal, beautiful and spacious. We have three kids and there was plenty of room for us all including a play space for them. You couldn’t ask for a nicer neighborhood. So convenient to DC monuments and museums and close to shops and restaurants. One of my best Airbnb experiences! Saad was so friendly and responsive without being too involved. Just perfect.

After a long travel day from the west coast with our 13 month old daughter it was wonderful to arrive at such a peaceful and clean space. It was quiet, spacious for our daughter to safely run around and clean. Eugene was exceptionally helpful and responsive when we had questions. We love the area particularly because we have friends nearby. We were able to walk to the zoo, park, farmers market and enjoyed the private back deck.

It was perfect for a long weekend! We had 4 adults and my 11m old with us for the trip. It was enough space for us to hang out between sight seeing and exploring. It was also quiet - some street noise, but nothing crazy even on the Friday/Saturday evenings. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms for a rented crib, too. The high chair was a nice touch and we used it for quick breakfast and dinners for our son. The place is walkable to some coffee places and local resturants, but we needed to drive down to the National Mall. Not a big deal since we needed a car for the carseat. There is no private parking, as listed, but we didn't have a tough time on the weekend finding 2 hour street parking. Because we drove to various places, it was never an issue for us. We also found overnight street parking Friday-Monday. You do need to be mindful of the street parking signs, because not all blocks are the same but we didn't face any issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at Erins home. It feels like you are visiting a friend, there are many things available that you wouldn't usually expect in a typical Airbnb. The beds were comfortable. You don't have to worry about packing shampoo or conditioner as there was plenty.

This is the second time we stayed at Martin’s Airbnb and it was just as enjoyable the second time as the first. Great location. Close to water taxi. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but a little removed so noice not a problem. Parking permit included, a big plus. Bedrooms private. Nice rooftop deck area. Easy to get to Camden Yards. Martin is very responsive, we messed up the entrance passcode and he immediately came and fixed the problem. Will definitely make more visits to his Bnb.
