Very nice location close to UMD and all the city. Very spacious. Definitely value for money. Only drains that since it’s a semi-basement, you cannot do serious cooking, which we did not want to do in any case. Rest is great.

Wonderful stay. Takoma Park is a great little part of the DMV with close by amenities, including a super awesome Mexican place and local butcher with killer breakfast burritos. The apartment was just as advertised and very pleasant. Fish was a great host. Will be returning.

Omq we had an amazing time at David’s place everything was so incredible. I would recommend if you are visiting DC, you won’t regret it at. I’m telling you i didn’t want to leave the place lol but love the space & the area safe location. Parking is great over there as well no problems at all, just loved everything about it thank you again David ☺️

Laura and Pat were super communicative. They let us know about community events happening and we were really appreciative of the parking space. Their place was within walking distance to the metro. We did hear their little guys running around (usually around 7am which was when we get up anyhow) and then again in the evening until around 8:30. It didn’t bother us at all, but might be bothersome to others. She mentioned this in the listing though. The bathroom was tight and shared with all four of us, but we made it work. Overall it was a great place to stay!

New to the area, my family and I stayed here while waiting for our new home to be ready. After a long drive from out of state, this place was just what we needed: clean, quiet, and affordable. Additionally, check-in instructions were easy to follow... a huge plus for some "road torn" travelers LOL.

Our stay was great and worry free - from finding easy street parking, getting into the unit, finding our way to local restaurants and cafes in the Brookland neighborhood. My wife and I are relocating to the area and their location allowed us to get a real feel for Brookland and helped to confirm that is the community we want to live in when we move. The location is a very quick walk to the Franciscan Monastery, a local gem for those who like to walk around beautiful and tranquil gardens, and I highly recommend folks take the opportunity to see this amazing green space so close to the hustle and bustle of Washington DC.

The apartment was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Christopher was very responsive and provided great local sites for our sightseeing plans. Christopher guided us to several of his dining favorites. The flat was spotless and decorated with a modern touch. Christopher included snacks, which was helpful while we decided our next adventure of the day. Bed was super cozy. Furniture was comfortable and clean! We felt safe in the neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. A must stay for sure! You will feel right at home your entire stay! Way to go Christopher, job well done!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! The Airbnb was spacious, very clean, quiet, and safe. It’s in a residential area and only a 20-minute walk to food and other services. We would definitely stay here again!

Jan was a great host and the place is super comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend staying here if you're out this way. A heads up to anyone booking, there is construction on University starting at the corner with the 7-11. If you're going East, be sure to be prepared for some treacherous potholes as of June 1st 2025. We discovered that if we were driving to DC that taking a right at that light and keep going straight, eventually the GPS will not have you backtrack.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The decor was beautifully done—stylish, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches. It was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect, with great spots to walk around and explore nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would 100% stay here again. Five stars all the way around!

This was a fantastic stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just a few blocks from DC, which made exploring the city super easy. One of the standout features was the accessible parking right on-site—such a rare and appreciated bonus in this area. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. They were also very kind and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and will definitely look forward to staying here again next time I’m in town!

Very well done place, has everything you need. Close to restaurants and a grocery store in a centrally located spot, private parking was a plus. Addisu was very attentive and responsive.

Me and my fiancé had a great stay and enjoyed the surrounding area. It was very peaceful and the views at night were amazing. Would recommend!

This place is magic, truly feel as if I got to escape to an oasis. The attention to detail in this expansive & light filled apartment is incredible, everything that you could need is there,; everything reflects her incredible consideration and compassion. The towels are soft, the bathroom mat is so plush I actually teared up, the space is simply & purposefully designed, the home is clean & well loved, & waking up in the treetops in bloom with all of the wonderful birds nearby is just magical. Sally is incredibly available, flexible, kind – & this place reflects her sense of beauty & wonderment, & I felt as if I was embraced the entire time. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe & friendly in addition to being serenely quiet & definitely walkable – stroll the beautiful streets to hear all of the whimsical windchimes dinging softly! Close to shops & cafes, beautiful Sligo Creek trail. Easiest check in & checkout; this review doesn’t do it justice. It’s wonderful & Sally is wonderful!

The place has all the amenities like cooking, great shower, has a washing machine and dryer. Has netflix access so you wont bored. Easy access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We have a great time staying in this place.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Great stay in a wonderful studio apartment. Very clean, super friendly and communicative host. Great neighborhood and I definitely will book again!

Katie went above and beyond. In town for the Cubs game and she made sure everything went great. Cant say enough about her. We will def consider again if back in DC. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

This was our second stay at Arsham’s place, and we can’t wait for another! This apartment is so comfortable and convenient, and Arsham is great. Highly recommend staying here!

Place was just as described and worked out great for a place to stay down the street from the Gaylord.
