Absolutely perfect stay! From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The place was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, with great restaurants and parks just a short walk away. The hosts were incredible, super flexible, kind, and always quick to communicate. We felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area again. Highly recommend!

This basement apartment was adorable and the hosts thought of everything to make this convenient. We never saw them, but it was nice knowing they were upstairs. Yes, occasional footsteps due it being an older but remodeled home, but not the least disturbing. Thank you to Lauren for all the attention to detail. Bed was very comfortable too!

Loved staying at Synta's place for a quick getaway and would definitely come here again! She was super flexible from the beginning with allowing an early check in. Very easy to find and get inside the home with the keypads. Inside was spotless, the bathroom was beautiful, and the complimentary sleep masks and earplugs were so thoughtful! The metro was a quick 10 minute walk away. She also surprised us with bagels and milk for breakfast as a bonus! Such a great host, I recommend staying here!

Had a great stay! I was visiting DC for the first time with my girlfriend, who is a DC native for Mother’s Day weekend. The place was affordable and clean, just like the photos, and had everything I needed; free parking, WiFi, and even some refreshments, which was a nice touch. The location was super convenient and close to a lot of spots I wanted to check out. The only minor issue was the dogs and family upstairs being a bit loud at times, but we understood since the hosts live above and that’s to be expected. Miguel was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend—10/10!

Joel was very communicative. I was on a work related trip so I certainly appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. Had I been on a leisure trip with friends, the fun decor would have made for a great time. I appreciate the space being available and clean with the last minute booking!

The place was amazing, me and my girlfriend stayed for a week and loved every moment of it. The place was quiet and felt like our own apartment throughout the entire stay. The drive to dc was longer than expected (30-40 minutes) but that comes with city traffic of course. Over all an amazing stay and would 100% recommend if you are ok with paying for parking in dc.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Autumn's place. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to walk to daily mass at the neighborhood Catholic Church, which was a real treat for us! Autumn was very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. We had groceries delivered to make breakfast a few mornings and that was really nice. Her place has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Finally, this was the easiest checkout experience we've ever had using AirBnB!

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. It was convenient to have a parking spot in the back with easy access to the apartment. Emily was super kind and accommodating with setting up the sofa bed for an extra guest. The place also included toiletries and a full kitchen setup in case of cooking dinner. Overall, a welcoming apartment, very clean, and spacious.

This Airbnb is aesthetic, cozy, and easy to find. My honey and I loved staying here. The space was beautiful and conveniently located. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Antonio was very prompt with responses. We would definitely recommend this stay and would come back again without a second thought.

Serena was a wonderful host. She went the extra mile & left lists of places to eat, emergency services, & the map for the metro. She also has extra comfort items for her guests (robes, slippers, cleansing items). It’s a very comfortable, clean space in a nice and quiet area. Would love to book again!

Michael's place has minimalist yet cozy style, simple and clean. I love the stairway approach to the basement apartment, it feels so intimate, private, and secure. The neighborhood felt very quiet and walkable, though I did not spend much time there. Bonus for the bikeshare station across the street. Michael's amazing instructions and descriptions precluded my needing to communicate with him much directly, but when I did, he was prompt in his response and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if it is available.

It was a lovely stay in a very nice unit. It was comfortable, easily accessible, and well-maintained. The fact that we didn't have to climb down a steep set of stairs really made a difference. The location was perfect for our granddaughter's musical performance for us. We will certainly request your home next time we are in DC.

A great place! We felt immediate cared for when Sasha always kept us updated and answered our questions. The place was clean and amazing, we even think of copying some features at the home for our own! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Mary was such a good host. Little thoughtful things that matter when traveling. Coffee, tea (we're both tea drinkers, so a big you for that), snacks, even Metro cards that we could re-load fares at Metro stations. Soft, fluffy towels. really lovely.

I enjoyed my short stay (2 days) @ Khali's. She was friendly & provided helpful feedback during the initial planning and decision-making stages of my trip. She was communicative during my stay; open to any ques. I had. The place was just as described and looked like the photos. Full sized washer so helpful even though I only used to freshen a couple of things. Quiet with occasional overhead sounds, but not unbearable. Bed was SUPER comfortable and firm. Don't even remember falling asleep!😆 Shower was ahh-mazing 🙌🏾 Affirming Pride flags from street lamps and highly visible in on the gates and porches in many neighborhoods as I traveled. Went to the Museum of African-American History and Culture and saw Grace Jones and Janelle Monet in concert! AMAZING! And the best, a small ginger kitty with a bell collar greeted me on checkout out day as I was leaving. Absolutely precious 🐱💖 I would visit DC and Khali's place again. Lovely time had. 💖👍🏾😊

Second time that we stayed there. This time was 2 weeks. Perfect spot after long days of sightseeing and enjoying all there is to do. Bed, shower and TV made our down time very comfortable.

We chose Louise’s place because I wanted to stay in Chevy Chase, the neighborhood in which my parents grew up. That said, the property was well located- we had our car and it was easy to get where we wanted to go. Connecticut Ave and Wisconsin Ave, both nearby, have plenty of restaurants and stores. We liked the quiet of the neighborhood- you could easily forget you were in a city. The house met all our expectations- well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage space and a nice bathroom. Louise was responsive and in a timely manner. On future visits to Washington, we will definitely try to arrange to stay here again.

This is one of my all time favorite AirBnbs- clean, central, full of thoughtful amenities and extras. The hosts are so kind and responsive, I really love staying here!

My wife and daughter had a great stay at Jessica's clean and welcoming basement apartment. Their report: It was a very short walk to Hyattsville's shops and restaurants, and we appreciated having a private entrance and convenient parking. The apartment had all the amenities listed and more. We appreciated Jessica graciously allowing us to receive an Amazon order of some items we forgot to bring. She was a great host! We hope to be able to stay there again when we visit friends and family in the area.
