We spent 6 days at hostal El Nogal. We felt very welcomed by Rodrigo, who is a very nice person, accommodating, generous, and who also gave us lots of good advice. The place is quiet, very clean, the common room pleasant and spacious, the equipped kitchen, the location close to the center (5-10min walk). We would come back without hesitating.

The accommodation met our expectations for a night in Punta Arenas, the location is great, close to everything, market, sights, restaurants. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, Maria was wonderful, helpful, helped us in everything we needed, extremely friendly and polite, always attended to us promptly and made us very quiet. I will have to return to Punta Arenas to get to know the region better and I will definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was perfect, very nicely furnished great breakfast and very dear hosts. Spent a few relaxing days here to prepare for the Hikes in the Torres del Paine. Would definitely book the place again!

Ricardo and the other people in the accommodation are very friendly, patient and with excellent service, being able to arrive early or leave luggage is always a plus for travelers. The house is beautiful, very classic porteña, and the environment is unbeatable for my taste

Everything is very clean, organized and complete, but to be able to cook it needs a little ventilation, everything else is excellent!

the location is perfect for those who come or go from the airport and Santiago remains easily accessible thanks to collective taxis. We cyclists found enough to sleep, make the transition of our bike boxes to the airport and left the guard of these cartons and luggage to make a short stay in Valparaiso! Fernando is attentive, well organized, friendly, and has good tips.

Pass my student exchange in this pension, and it was incredible. It has great access to public transportation that takes you through much of Concepción (including the “diagonal” that takes you directly to the UdeC). Nearby there are food establishments accessible for a student, along with recreational and sports venues. In short, I highly recommend this pension either for vacation or living for a long time.

We really like this place, it's already a second time that we come and we love it! The attention of the reception is excellent, the location of the place is very good, everything is very comfortable. We'll probably be back soon!

Excellent value for money, it meets what it says is not luxurious or from the other world but it is quite good for what it costs also that you have access to all the common areas, kitchen, patio, living room etc. Everything is quite clean and tidy, I would definitely come back again

Excellent! We were for work and really very quiet everything, very happy to get some rest. Everything impeccable!

The space was cozy and clean, it looked exactly like the photos provided. She was a great, responsive host. We also had breakfast provided which did the job. The location was perfect as it’s right next to the town centre. We came to visit the Cruz Del Sur Observatory which was only a 10 minute drive away, so it was very comfy for us. Overall would recommend 100% very beautiful town.

I just have to praise and thank you for these days lived and shared with you at the hostel. I arrived well before check-in and Paula still managed to free the room for me a few hours before, and that made all the difference (I was super tired and needed to rest because I had a tour in the afternoon). The place is very well located and is 1 min from Caracoles Street. It was the first time I stayed in a hostel and enjoyed the experience, it was super peaceful. All the staff at the establishment are attentive and helpful, and the place is super organized and the room is extremely clean. A special thank you to Paula, Diego and Giovana for all the support during my stay. So, see you soon.

Excellent stay, they welcomed us super well, we communicated mainly with Mrs. Sonia who was at the hostel every day, gave us very good attention, always worried that we didn't lack anything, it was a love! the clean bedroom, had a fan to weather the heat, so super for us who were from Concepción. on Saturday we arrived in the morning after dancing at the carnival and on arrival they had a very full breakfast for the guests, even tortita, so full I recommend it!! And finally the super quiet environment, there were businesses and food outlets nearby. In short, a great place to stay, I would come back for a new opportunity!
