Everything was fine with the hosts, a beautiful, comfortable place in a very good part of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, which wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

Our stay was very comfortable and cozy. The place is perfectly located, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Everything was spotlessly clean, well organized, and with spacious spaces that made us feel at home.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Very organized and cozy apartment, complete with furniture and kitchen items, which helps a lot, because we cooked food several days during our stay. We went with a 3-year-old, and the space was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not very busy, with empty streets and few restaurant and leisure options, but there are some mini-markets on the corner, which helps in an emergency. The Republica subway station is 2 blocks away, with easy access to the main points of the city. The wine that Marco left as a courtesy was very good. I recommend the apartment.

Everything is perfect, the apartment is just as it is in the photos! It is equipped with everything you need for a good stay. The view of the place is wonderful. Everything was impeccable. Everything was like new. We'll be back!

Very comfortable cabin, very well equipped, with a quiet and relaxing environment. I would definitely go again! Important to consider that to arrive there is a climb of land that would be difficult to climb in a 4x2 car with rain.

I very much enjoyed my week here. The place was very clean. Several small shops local to the house. A nice 15 minute walk to the town centre. Luz was extremely helpful. Always responded to messages within twenty minutes. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Santa Cruz. A very Chilean town in the heart of Colchagua. A bottle of wine as a gift on arrival is always a good starting point as well. I am certain that next time I am in Santa Cruz I will stay at this lovely place. Many Thanks Luz

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendation, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean it is necessary to have utensils for it. But in general everything was very good. Highly recommended.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Lorena was an excellent host and communicated with us straight away. Her apartment was tastefully decorated, beds were comfortable with a large tv in each bedroom. Very comfortable living room , good kitchen and a large dining table. Great value and extremely cosy.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Cristobal was very attentive from the first message I sent to learn more about the accommodation and any questions we had during the stay, he responded quickly. The apartment is great, well equipped for cooking, very comfortable bed and good shower! Improvement points: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, as the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was a cold climate, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.
