Staying at Pura Vida was relaxing and private. Great views and drivable to the surf breaks. We had an amazing time and would return. Nacho was went above and beyond helping us to clean our car after getting it covered in road tar. The hosts are very friendly and responsive!

Very nice place, nice surroundings. The house and the restaurant very well decorated preserving the style of a country house and very original modern details. In the patio there is a pool and a tinaja that can be requested at a separate value. The wonderful restaurant! The exquisite and well thought out food, rescuing the local products. Agustín in the hotel and duck in the restaurant very nice at all times. It is close to Portillo to go for the day in case you want to walk or ski. The place is highly recommended! Back.

We arrived quite late and still Mrs. Gloria was very understanding and cordial. He offered us a little coffee and made us feel right at home. The room and the whole place is very cozy, just like the photos. The bed heater we didn't expect it and the breakfast so abundant either. It was a very pleasant experience. Definitely and highly recommended

The location is spectacular: views of the wetland with a great variety of birds and over breakfast, which was delicious, dolphins even showed up playing on the shore! The room is very spacious and cozy, all wooden, with huge windows, a perfect space to disconnect.

Wonderful place! Have already recommended it to my friends traveling there and hope to make it back someday.

The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, we were able to walk through the vineyard, which is small but very nice, there is a small tower where you can see the sunset and the starry night, which is beautiful in that area. The hospitality and service was excellent, very concerned that we had a good stay. I recommend it.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the first moment, the quality of the service and the warmth of the staff were noted, always friendly and attentive. The location is unbeatable: a few steps from the Chiloé National Park and with easy access to a varied local gastronomic offer. We really enjoyed the jar at night overlooking the lake. During the day, we went kayaking - all included - which added even more to the experience. Breakfast was very tasty and filling. Definitely a place we'd go back to. 100% recommended

Our stay was wonderful! Ignacio and Nati went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay and celebrate our son's 2nd birthday. We were so touched by their kindness and helpfulness. The drive to get up to their place is a bit daunting the first time, but it's easily done with a 4x4 vehicle and is totally worth it! Peaceful, incredible views, and full of charm. Highly recommend.

Recommended! The room was cozy. There is a large shared kitchen (a little more cookware would be desirable). There is also a recreation area with pool, seating, hammocks, a grill, a place for campfire and a few strength training equipment. Attention: As mentioned in the description, the accommodation is located a little outside and is difficult to reach without a car.

An amazing escape in an incredible place. Banos Morales is not to be missed! Eugenio has an incredible vibe at his hostel. He is very helpful in guiding you to where you want to go in the area. I loved staying here I will return.

Very economical and the place is very central to take Metro or locomoción, they were attentive to any problem by resolving it quickly.

We went with my wife, we found a comfortable, private and quiet place, with parking and independent access, the person we contacted was friendly at all times, the bed was very comfortable, the heating was a stove that was ok for the place, the bathroom and shower were good too. We'd be happy to come back.

Good place for overnight stay. Spacious, clean rooms, nice bathroom. The service of the girls is good. Sometimes it has. Room service and you can order food and drink at affordable prices. I stayed several times and never had problems.

The place is the same as seen in the photos,it is a motel,but the room was spacious and with private bathroom. For a night it is ideal or if you are passing through the city,close to the financial center and the metro santa Ana.
