Beach house holiday rentals in Chennai

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Prakasham by the Sea was a wonderful property. Large, clean, and open, it was better than described and expected, with some great architecture and beautiful interiors. The manager and caretakers were helpful and unobtrusive. The property is right in front of the beach with a gate leading right to the shore. The pool was quite large and clean. The rooms were large and comfortable and the property being pet-friendly was a bonus. Overall 10/10 and highly recommended.

This place cannot be replaced with another stay…… on the whole it’s a total package. The host was always available through and the service was on point. Great location and a wonderful house. We had a good time! We went as a group of 7 women. The house has a caretaker to address any needs or concerns which is good, but at the same time it felt like the caretaker's lingering presence and the presence of cameras particularly around the swimming pool area made it feel like there was limited privacy.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a peaceful outdoor area It’s a perfect place for a weekend getaway or a group retreat if you’re looking for privacy and comfort. The property was secluded with a nice indoor pool. The whole place was well maintained and very spacious. Not too far from the city, its a good break in the ECR.

Enjoyed my stay with my family @ this independent coastal property @ Fisherman Colony. I have given 5 ⭐️ as it is definitely worth for its price. Host was very responsive & kudos to caretaker for providing amazing local home cooked food. Sunrise and Moonrise View from the property was just Amazing.

We had wonderful stay at the place. We particularly stayed in Flona cottage which is separate 2 Bed Room area which has private entrance and compound with Kitchen access. We have mostly everything we need like basics vessels and everything. Rooms were clean and good. Also had access to swimming pool which is shared with 2 other villas. Good area full of coconut trees and mango trees. Peaceful location as well. Pool was maintained neat. Also had basketball and TT games. Along with this we had a good size of garden area. Our Pet dog enjoyed as well. Overall good stay.

I had a great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The pool was actually bigger than I expected—based on the listing I thought it would be smaller, so that was a nice surprise. The only downside was that the living room didn’t have an AC, which made it a bit hot. If that was added, it would honestly be the perfect getaway. Still, I was satisfied with the experience and would consider coming back.

Perfectly located near/in the center of Mahabalipuram. Great view from the roof deck. Neighboorhood and Neighbors were wonderful and friendly. Lots if of food iotuons and things to stroll by inckuding the beach!!
