Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Chennai

Stayed at Dhamodharan's property in Mylapore for 3 days. The House is spacious and well kept, Check-in and check-out was clearly communicated by Mr Dhamodharan. The caretaker Mr Bhoopalan was very responsive and gave us a tour of the home and the neighborhood. Property is easy to find, shops are available nearby and Kapaleeshwarar Temple is only five mins away. Had a comfortable stay at the property and would highly recommend if you are looking for a stay in Chennai.

It was a pleasure staying at Anjali's place. It is a pretty and cosy place, with all the amenities. The fact that it was extremely clean was a big bonus. Also a special mention to all the staff in the building who were always helpful.

Casa da Praia is a lovely bungalow by the sea, built with influences from French colonial architecture. It is large with 3 bedrooms and very cozy. True to its name, it has the sea breeze in all its glory coming in all through its doors and balconies. We stayed as a party of 8 and had a wonderful stay. It is a great place to unwind over the weekend or just take some time off city life. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is equipped with all the basics. It's very close to the beach and we had a great time playing on the sands and dipping into the sea . The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome. The caretaker made us feel very comfortable . Closer to movie screens (PVR), restaurants ( a2b and east coast by madras square, Mount Road Bilal) and mathsya narayana temple. Blue Flag beach at Kovalam and Muttukaadu boat house are just a few mins away. Mahabalipuram is also 30 min away. Highly recommend for staying with the extended family or friends 👍

I genuinely had a good stay at Mr Kumaran’s place. It was honestly a gem of a place with a nice view. The neighbourhood was peaceful & quiet and you’re still able to find some tea stalls and shops nearby too. This place is quite close to Anna Nagar as well, approximately 15 mins bike ride. The room is cute. They even had colourful lights installed inside. I sought a local experience of Chennai for my backpacking trip & this place checked all the boxes and my expectations too. As for the host, Mr Kumaran, he’s extremely responsive at all times. Check in & check out process was smooth too. Highly recommended for tourists who seek a local experience at a homely place.

All I have to say is , this air bnb property is simply a great place to relax and spend with your family and friends . Midhun has been a great host , very helpful with his suggestions and replied quickly whenever I contacted him. Clean amenities, and a min walk from a secluded and scenic Nibhav Beach. Though easily connected via Taxi Aggregators , having personal vehicle is recommended.We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Partha's place is clean and well planned. It is simple and tasteful. Not extra clutter. I had requested them to put hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes, and it was fulfilled immediately. Partha and Amith, both were always available on calls or messages. Always responsive. They helped me by suggesting good stores and services for my requirements. Terrace is a good place to sound the evenings and enjoy cool breeze. And, A BEAUTIFUL BEACH IS JUST A 10 MINS WALK!

We stayed here for 4 days with our whole family and our 5-month-old baby. Honestly, it felt just like a home away from home. The house is super spacious, well-furnished, and has a really cozy vibe. There are so many amenities to keep kids entertained — my baby had even more fun than I did just watching all the other kids play! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. The house was also spotless and very well-maintained. We had such a comfortable and happy stay!

Ramkumar was flexible with the check in timing and was responsive for all the queries. A recommended place to stay.
