The stay was extremely good. The property looked exactly like how it was in the photos. The house was super clean including the bathrooms especially and the beds were extremely comfortable. They are located at a friendly and peaceful neighborhood.

Good place to stay. The attendant was very friendly and helpful and he took care of all our request. The location was in Kovalam near the beach and a challenge to find good restaurants nearby. But overall stay was good

A good and peaceful stay. Instead of mentioning place or property I call it as a house. It was very clean, properly arranged furniture. Well maintained hygiene bathroom. We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and description online. The house was incredibly spacious and filled with lovely sunlight. The only hiccup was that due to some rain and a construction nearby, there was a waterlogged and muddy patch right outside the place, which made driving in and out a little difficult, in the initial days when we were renting a self-drive car, but later we had no trouble getting Ubers whenever we needed them. And the residents were getting the road fixed on the day of our checkout. Our host was so helpful and gracious throughout our stay, even allowing a late checkout. As we were traveling with a toddler, we really appreciated that the house was quite baby-friendly too. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We had a truly exceptional 4-week stay at this property. All initial hiccups upon arrival were quickly resolved by Siva promptly and he made sure everything was in order by doing regular follow ups. The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable making it perfect for a longer stay. Siva was a great host! Very helpful, courteous, and always quick to respond. The location was another highlight, with plenty to do in the area and Phoenix Mall just an easy 8-minute drive away. I would happily recommend this place and would be glad to stay here again in the future. Thank you for all your help and support Siva!

The host amrutha was incredibly responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel extra special. Special mention about sher singh, our care taker for our stay, who always wore a smile on his face during his work. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back. Stayed at this place for about 10 days and enjoyed the stay. Host was very responsive and flexibile. Great location with easy access to beach and other amenities. The care takers were good as well and cleaned the apartment every other day based on our request. Highly recommend this place and will choose this again if needed.

Had a great stay at Sinu’s place. It is as listed in the photos and very comfortable, thanks to all the amenities provided. Sinu also arranges for a help to clean the place every alternate day. Overall, it felt like a home :)

This was my second stay at the apartment and it was just as amazing as the first! The place is incredibly cool and very well air-conditioned, a real blessing in the Chennai heat. Everything works flawlessly, and the attention to detail is clear. The entire apartment was spotless, including the kitchen, which was clean and fully equipped with basic necessities. It’s always a pleasure staying here, consistent comfort, cleanliness, and reliability. Will definitely be back again!

Best place for family and kids to stay . Clean rooms with all amenities. Very peaceful stay. Location is very good. All rooms hall kitchen same as described in pictures. My kids love this place. Host is also very active and kind to us all information shares truly. As the appartment is on main road so its very easy to get cabs or autos just in front of gate. Thanks to host and airbnb.

My team and I had the opportunity to stay at Mr. Subramaniam's home at Chennai. This was an extended stay for a period of 5 to 6 days. First of all, Mr. Adithiya from Mr. Subramanian's team was very helpful in ensuring the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The space was super clean and is as described in the photos. The rooms were cozy and more importantly, the location is great! Ordering in food or even going to the local store did not seem difficult. Would highly recommend this property to anybody who have some work in and around Thiruvanmiyur, IIT Madras, Adyar, Guindy and thereabouts.
