Apartment holiday rentals in Chelsea

This is the second time we have rented from Heather and we would definitely do so again. The view from the deck is stunning. The kitchen is well equipped should one want to prepare meals. The apartment is immaculate! The apartment is quiet and the information sheet provided by the host regarding house rules and information on how to work the coffee maker and tv was extremely thorough. Any questions were answered promptly and courteously. We look forward to renting from Heather again.

Krista’s place is adorable and cozy and in a great location! We had a wonderful time exploring local restaurants and trails during the day and then cozying up in the comfy bed at night. Check-in and out was super easy and Krista was lovely and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at Jill’s place! Place was super clean and had clearly very new furnishings. The lake is visible from the place even with a house in between. Jill’s place was initially hard to find until I actually read her instructions and reminded myself about what the place looked like. Jill was very friendly and responsive when I asked a couple of questions. Thanks for letting my family and I share your home, Jill!

It is a beautiful and serene setting just as described with chirping birds at sunrise and gorgeous sunsets. Roger is a charming host and a wonderful storyteller. The apartment is also close to several towns offering good shopping, restaurants and cultural venues.

Ann's place was a wonderful experience and fit our needs perfectly. We had the good fortune of meeting Ann when we arrived and what a pleasure it was. Warm and welcoming, it was like seeing an old friend even though we had never met before. Her place, in a quiet neighborhood, is an older house with character and is wonderfully decorated. Cream in the fridge makes you smile. A lot of room to spread out, along with comfortable furniture, made our week there incredible. We didn't want to leave!

We had a great time and we are very satisfied. This place was clean, well put together, convenient, and so comfy we felt at home. The TV even had Disney plus which the kids loved. The park is right around the corner. This Air BNB had everything we needed and then some. I personally like to clean and do laundry so the big washer/dryer was a plus. Had a Walmart order delivered and they found the place with no problem. Nice porch and yard. We felt very safe with our kids (even with autism) thanks to the surveillance system, the cleaning cabinet was locked up which needed a code to be unlocked, and the code that locks/unlocks the door. Ours host/s we’re very responsive even when I thought they wouldn’t be. I highly recommend this space wether you have kids or not if you need a three bedroom, this is it! Make sure to check out the shower head my kids were astonished! Thank you for providing a home away from home I hope this helps for future renters. We are 100% happy with our stay! :)

Linda and Bruce were fabulous host. The walking path down to the trout pond was enjoyable. The views outside were spectacular and you also had a great view from inside. I would definitely stay there again and bring my husband the next time. Thank you Linda and Bruce

Great stay! We took a weekend trip up to coastal Maine and this was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Not far from Brunswick, Boothbay, Freeport, Portland — great location!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! The host was very friendly and responsive, we had everything we needed and more left in the house for us. We even got to enjoy some tea each night from the kitchen. Our host was very intentional in setting up the house, we truly couldn’t ask for a better stay. We would definitely return for another trip :)

The accommodations were cozy and clean. There were some occasional street traffic sounds which did not bother us. Hosts are very accommodating and responsive.

It was great for what we needed!

Cozy retreat, close to Damariscotta, Pemaquid, Waldoboro, Round Pound, and New Harbor. Great host recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Comfy place to relax after a busy day.

It was just what we needed. It was so relaxing. It was Homie quaint it was nicely dated very convenient full kitchen drawing room or sitting room. The lake is literally maybe 45 steps away which brings you three docs and any color kayak you want lifejackets you know safety first and great bass fishing. It was beautiful. I enjoyed the R&R honestly it was for anniversary/Mother’s Day so it was very peaceful. The bed is so comfortable. It was just a wonderful time. Beautiful couch very comfortable. You can fit too. You wanna lay down and watch a movie. Plenty of places to eat little stores to run to. It was really nice. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back.

This was the perfect stop on our 4 week road trip up the coast of Maine. The place was well equipped with everything you could end. Would definitely stay again if ever up this way.

We had an excellent stay at Nicholas' place! From check in to check out everything was flawless. The property, the house, and our suite was immaculate and so beautiful! So many thoughtful and wonderful amenities. Nicholas and Emily are so nice and a wealth of info and gave us some great suggestions. They answered all of our questions promptly. It's centrally located with easy access to everything in Portland. Highly recommend!

I loved staying here! It was close enough to everything but yet it was secluded. Seeing the wildlife every day when we would leave really lifted our spirits. I 100% would stay here again.

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

The place was clean and exactly as described. The location was absolutely beautiful and a perfect get away! Susan was lovely and we appreciated all the recommendations of places we can do around the area. Super cozy area and very homely.

The spot was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with an easy walk to downtown. Hot tub was great too! We appreciated the privacy in the back area and the flexibility to bring our dog as well.

Our initial motivation was location - right across the street from the venue for a wedding we were attending. We had a few questions on logistics and amenities and Cody was helpful and responses were very quick. We particularly appreciated the coffee mugs. We have been at several locations where the mugs were really small. It sounds like a little thing but it's really nice to be able to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee without having to get up and refill!

We enjoyed our time in Portland at Dan’s spot. We would book again!
