This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

We had a lovely stay at Vishal’s place in Pakenham. We chose this home because it was close to our family who lives in the area and it turned out to be a great choice. The house was clean, tidy and comfortably fit all 8 of us (our 2 kids and both sets of parents) Everyone had enough space and the amenities provided made our stay very enjoyable. The kids had so much fun with the table tennis and air hockey, while the adults enjoyed singing karaoke. Great entertainment for all ages! Initially there were only 7 towels provided but Vishal responded quickly to our request for an extra one and kindly delivered it even though it meant an hour-long trip. We truly appreciated his effort and responsiveness 💖 The location was quiet and convenient for those with their own transport, with supermarkets, shops and halal eateries easily accessible. Overall, a great stay and a thoughtful host. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and fun place!

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

The unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Convenient for shopping. Easy walk to the beach and train. Very peaceful locality. Great place for touring the Peninsula. Annie made you feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Luke was super friendly and very responsive. The house was spectacular! We nicknamed it Bel Air (like the fresh prince). Perfect location for us to visit family and, being less than an hour away from the city, was very accessible for lots of big city activities. Family-friendly, it catered to my wife and I, and our 5 kids. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Super location just beside the beach. Carolyn was at all times helpful, courteous, and responsive. Train station to the city centre within walking distance was also great. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and comfortable 😊 l definitely recommended Mavis's Air b&b, everything was immaculate and all you need,, right down to the electric blanket and big bath for the winter 😊 l will definitely be back

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Sally's place was amazing! Clean, comfortable and peaceful. It had everything we needed to feel at home and lots of personal touches to enhance our stay. The view from the bedrooms and lounge overlooking the creek and bush created for a relaxing escape, and the sun provided great winter warmth. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape that is close to the beach, shops, public transport and lovely places to eat/drink. Toby was wonderful in ensuring we were comfortable and felt at home. He was prompt to respond to any questions and allowed us a late check out. Looking forward to returning again.

This home was a gem . Very spacious , comfortable and clean with plenty of heating and cooling if you need . Lovely linen and a spacious backyard & table tennis to amuse the little ones . Great position for our family event , close to the local pub & cafes . The host even supplied a few extra treats for breakfast. Amazing would definitely stay again. Thank you

What an incredible home. The external view from the house was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved the setting and the renovations. Comfortable, warm, relaxing. We wanted a place that was close to the sights and shops of the lower Peninsula, on a quite street.

We loved our stay here, great location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lots to do around the area and all within a short drive out. Chandi was really helpful when the wifi stopped working abruptly midway through our stay, she quickly came down to resolve it. It’s also very baby friendly and it was such a comfortable stay with our 11 month old daughter. Will definitely stay at her place again if we’re visiting Melbourne. Lovely host with a lovely place!

Worth the money I pay enjoy my 5 days I stay in that house

Trudy’s place is incredible for a getaway! The place was as described and superseded our expectations. It was very homey, yet sleek and clean. Trudy was also very accomodating and easy to communicate with! Would absolutely come again, and the alpacas were an amazing touch to the experience.

Our group of 6 absolutely loved this home. We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect space to enjoy. You are incredibly close to the beach (1 min walk) which was absolutely amazing, and we were closer to things like phillip island. You still have access to public transit into the city as well (the last stop on the line). Our group was sad to leave this stay. Nic was incredibly flexible with us and made it that much better.
