Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Châteauneuf-Grasse

Bowie was helpful in finding a local gym for me that was pay-per-day and was excellent! It was my first time in Antibes and I was there for the Cannes Advertising festival. It’s a perfect spot. 5 min to a train that runs every 15 mins to Cannes all day and late at night. 4 euros round trip. Very well priced and an amazing old town with restaurants and bars and not nearly the prices of Cannes. They were also helpful in sharing some of their own private places they like to go in Antibes. On the last night I decided to swim and got stung by a jellyfish, they were very helpful in getting me sorted with some pain relief! Finally - the bed is very very comfy. Thank you to both!

perfect for me as a solo traveller seeking relaxation. the building and road outside is quiet. Very close to a quiet beach and within walking distance of train station and CAP3000 shopping center. The property is tidy and as described. good communication too. :) thank you

We had the most fantastic stay and hope to be back this December. The location was amazing with the bakery right outside the door, the market a two minute walk and the beach 5mins away. The little streets and lovely neighbours. The property itself was incredibly decorated and every little space has been thought about and used. Carine was great responding to any questions before, during and after our arrival, a lovely welcoming lady. Couldn’t recommend enough x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop terrace was the real star of the show but the house itself was also perfect. Everything looked just like the photos posted. The house is tucked off in a quieter part of Cannes but still walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely return.

Haley hat uns persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Die schöne Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und hat eine perfekte Lage für ein Aufenthalt in Nizza. Der luftige Balkon und die gute Klimaanlage machen die Wohnung auch bei Hitze perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Airbnb génial au cœur du Vieil Antibes. Vous n’avez qu’à descendre et vous vous retrouverez sur un très jolie place, avec de très bons restaurants, et à ~5 minutes à pieds de la plage et des remparts. L’appartement et aussi très calme et paisible la nuit. La déco est aussi très original et accueillante! Thierry a aussi été super sympa: j’ai suivi quelques une de ses recommandations sur les restaurants et pour les visites et elles étaient toutes top!

Super accueil chaleureux de Christiane, René et la petite Lola ! L'extérieur est magnifique et l'espace totalement privatif piscine/cuisine d'été est idéal pour se rafraîchir et se détendre en toute intimité. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours en voiture (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, ...) ; le centre du village et le supermarché sont littéralement à 5 min à pied du logement. Merci pour cette parenthèse idyllique !

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Excellent séjour dans la location de Jérôme, tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez encore mieux que chez vous. Brigitte, sa maman qui m'a accueillie est super gentille et serviable. j'ai passé un agréable séjour avec mes deux chiens, super heureux aussi de pouvoir gambader dans ce grand terrain boisé et de faire des balades pour découvrir les bories et de beaux villages du Var. Que du bonheur !

Logement indépendant avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Confortable, propre, moderne. Accès à la piscine des propriétaires avec transat et même les serviettes de piscine sont à disposition ! Terrasse extérieure intime Supermarché à 2 pas et magnifique complexe de golf juste à côté Propriétaires accueillants, bienveillants et très gentils et respectueux Je recommande

Très beau petit appartement au calme, bien agencé avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle. Aisha, toujours très accueillante et serviable avec toujours ces petites attentions envers ses hôtes. Forcément nous reviendrons.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung. Gastgeber immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Pool, alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Dame, die uns begrüßt hat, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rundum schöner Urlaub!

Logement spacieux, très propre. La vue est incroyable, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour, Ramzi a été très disponible.

Lovely flat in a quiet residential area, a short walk away from the centre of Cannes. Flat is spotless and full of the creature comforts required for an enjoyable stay in Cannes. Excellent host, responsive and proactive and very friendly. The off road parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Konaklama gerçekten ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi karşıladı. Araba ile seyahat ettiğimiz için eve air bir park yerinin olması önemliydi. Fakat kapalı garaj oldukça dar bir alana sahip. Eğer park etme konusunda tereddütlü biriyseniz bu süreç sizi gerebilir. Benim şansım eşimin profesyonel bir sürücü olmasıydı. Bunu göz önünde bulundurmanızı tavsiye ederim. Evin konumu çok iyi. Şehrin merkezine 13 dkda yürüyerek inebiliyorsunuz. Ana caddede güvenlik açısında sorunsuz. Evin içi ahşap dekor ve düzenlemelerle dolu bir ev. Ahşap olması biraz koku açısından hassasiyet doğuruyor. Ben hassasiyetim olan biriyim bu sebeple bunu farkediyorum. Takılacak biri değilseniz gayet güzel. Otel profesyonelliğinde yaklaşım var. Beyaz çarşaflar ve havlu takımları temizdi. Sadece birkaç yerin tozu görünen şekilde alınmıştı :). Çıkış işlemi için önce garajdan arabanızı çıkartıp anahtarları tekrardan eve bırakmalısınız. Bu durum biraz zorlayıcı ve vakit kaybettiriyor. 20dk üzeri bu işlem sürüyor pratik gelmedi.

Tout a été impeccable. De l'arrivée au départ, tout s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est calme, de haut standing avec tout ce qu'il faut vraiment et même plus. Grande piscine extérieure commune agréable avec beaucoup de verdure. Une place de parc couverte est un gros plus avec les chaleurs. Stéphane est très sympathique, très communicatif et réactif. Christophe est très réactif. Le lieu était nickel appartement propre dans l’ensemble. Quelques poils de chien à l’arrivée. Peut-être l’ancien locataire. J’ai dû re nettoyer mise à part ça très bien situé Christophe est très sympa et clair. À refaire. Merci. Christophe
