Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Charente-Maritime

Wow, this is a wonderful place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The three totally private gites are in a private park with lots of trees and wild life. We stayed in the garden suite and it was like having your own home. We enjoyed having a dip in the heated pool. The beautiful Port-d’Envaux village is a two minute stroll away. Céline is a delightful hostess. We have stayed in dozens of bnb accommodations around the world - this one is the best by far.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Francette is great: super friendly, super welcoming, super considerate... The accommodation is great: super equipped kitchen, super comfortable king size bed, super spacious shower, etc. I recommend it.

You'll feel right at home here. The check-in was totally uncomplicated. The apartment was super clean. In addition, you will find everything you could possibly need - everything has been provided for. We have never visited such a well-equipped apartment. Don't be put off by the location on a busy road. You can't hear anything about it in the apartment and hardly anything outside. And in the evening, the street is almost empty anyway. When the weather is good, you can sit in the private garden and let the evening end comfortably. Stéphanie really does everything to make you feel comfortable here. She also always responds quickly and very kindly to messages. If we come back to this beautiful area, we will definitely come back here!!! A big praise and a big thank you!!!

a well-equipped detached house, very functional and perfectly located for a long weekend on the beaches and at the Palmyre zoo

There is a plancha, our son was able to make us enjoy his talents as Maître queux. The nickel chrome pool. Bath towels. Deckchairs. For the kitchen, there is everything you need. Pots, cutlery, plates, etc. A small corner with toys that our 4-year-old grandson has used well... Everything is perfect, thank you Marine.

An absolutely stunning Airbnb, Debbie & Mike were amazing hosts! we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t make use of the lovely pool and outdoor dining area. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you!

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

A gem , close to the port , shabby chic interior with gorgeous touches . Patricia was a most helpful host and made our arrival very special . Small but perfectly formed studio with everything one needs . Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time staying in Clotildes apartment. It felt very homely and cozy. It was lovely to have the market right outside for picking up fresh bread every morning and amazing vegetables and fish. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and we hope to be able to return one day.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

we had a very nice stay in the cozy studio of Florence and Nicolas, it is a stone's throw from the sea and the street is free for parking. Florence was super responsive, gave us plenty of addresses and the accommodation was decorated with a lot of taste and with little extra touches. in a word: TOP!!!! Thanks

We had a lovely stay at Vandy's place. The apartment is tastefully decorated and is very functional. It is 150m from the beach, restaurants and hiking trails. We'll be happy to go back!

The stay with Olivier and Isabelle was great. The accommodation is as described and you have everything you need - perfect!
