The banks of the Charente are easily accessible and offer beautiful walks or bike rides. The accommodation is on two levels, comprising a living area and bathroom on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs with a bed and a sofa bed. Located in a quiet and pleasant village in the heart of the Cognac vineyard.

On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
