Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Charente-Maritime

Last-minute weekend to soak up the November sun! Off season so for the Euronat center, no on-site trade but no extra fees, and the beach just for us! The site is really well wooded and each house scattered in the pine forest so we avoid the impression "seaside resort with closed shutters". The space itself is in a house divided into 4 studios, with assigned parking, functional and consistent with the photos. The owners are friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Gwenaëlle's place is really great! Pleasant, clean and quiet! The front terrace is a plus! Practical side: the bus stop 2 min away that takes you directly to La Rochelle in about twenty minutes! Fast and no need to bother with the car! Gwenaëlle is present and very friendly! We'll be happy to go back

Great stay at Martine's. I have never rented an apartment so well equipped with materials (kitchen in particular) which is really very pleasant. Location in the center is perfect.

We loved our stay in Saint Martin. Everything was perfect!! 🤩 Upon our arrival we were very well received. The accommodation met our expectations. The location was perfect, 10 minutes' walk from the port and restaurants. Parking space is a real plus in a city where parking is for a fee. Finally, we really enjoyed the pool, which made us forget the few kilometers between the accommodation and the beach. We will be happy to return to this accommodation if we are back on the island of Ré 🥰

We were very satisfied. The place had everything in the immediate vicinity, a nice beach, many good restaurants and a supermarket where you can get everything. The place was small but absolutely sufficient for two people, the kitchen had almost everything you need (unfortunately no wine opener, thought that was a prerequisite in France ;) )

Very happy stay! Everything is well thought out and especially in the interest of the people welcomed! Very nice welcome gift from the host and warm welcome. In short, we are very happy with our family stay. The accommodation is arranged and allows everyone to find their way around. It is well-equipped and especially close to everything on foot. Also, the best thing is to have access to the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the hammam sauna and even bicycles available! In short, don't hesitate! Thanks again for the stay, the welcome! Very good weekend spent in this apartment. We enjoyed the two bathrooms and the amenities of the Pierre et Vacances. Very good communication with Bertrand and Sophie. I would recommend this place.

Clean and well-located studio, very good bed, nice small balcony for breakfasts, I used the pool, sauna and steam room with satisfaction. We are barely 10 minutes from the port of St Martin de Ré, we will be happy to come back, thank you Jacky for your welcome and Pascal for his accommodation

Very nice stay, from start to finish. Coralie is very friendly and flexible on check-in/checkout conditions and times. The apartment, as described, is very well appointed for a single person or has 2. Nothing else to say about cleanliness! The residence is very quiet and the beach is only a 3 minute walk is a real plus! I can only recommend Coralie's place!

The Airbnb was about 8 minute walk from Lesparre train station. Easy to find above an extensive gym (perfect if you want to work out too). No noise issues, peaceful neighbourhood and felt very safe. Frederic met us and showed us around, communication was responsive. This place was perfect for just the two of us, with a well equipped kitchen (hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee pod machine kettle etc etc), and bathroom was stocked with soap and paper, cleaning items. The stylish open kitchen/lounge/diner had sofa, table chairs and TV. Good sized double bed, hanging rails, bedside table and drawers. Decent size, shutters kept the morning sunlight out! It was spotlessly clean throughout. Absolutely loved staying here - it is just like the pictures! Lesparre itself is quiet and and we struggled to find places to eat out, so a walk to Carrefour helped us stock up the fridge. 1 .15 hr on train to Bordeaux / 15 mins Pauillac and 20mins to Soullac Sur Mer. Parfait!

very pleasant stay in this pretty house. Stéphanie was very responsive to our few questions and always very pleasant. perfect house for reunions with friends with children, especially young children (the game room is ideal with many games for the greatest pleasure of children and parents).

Pauline's house is very well located in St Pierre, quiet while being close to all services, shops, market. Parking is easy in the small square nearby. St Pierre is ideal for accessing all the island's resources. You just have to take a bike or car to get to the sea but it's very easy. This large house is ideal for a large family, welcoming, well-equipped and can allow autonomy for everyone. We'll be happy to go back. The patio and garden furniture + barbecue are an asset. We had a brilliant two weeks at Philippe’s gite. It is located in a charming village with good amenities- bakery/shop, restaurant/bar, public tennis courts and lovely cycle rides and walks right on the doorstep. The weather was hot and sunny and we enjoyed the refreshing pool and outdoor dining areas. Everything has been carefully arranged for the comfort of guests and philippe was welcoming and discreet. Would highly recommend this for a family or group of families to visit. A bit of a drive to sightseeing places but we found lots of nice parks and the little lake nearby was lovely!
