Great stay with a host who is more than great! The fridge has plenty of fresh water and some meals All amenities are within walking distance and the neighborhood is very pleasant The walks along the canal are fantastic Definitely recommend! Even got snacks and drinks before leaving!

I stayed here for my first time in Thailand, and now it is part of my core memories of this wonderful country. The space, though small, was perfect for coming back home to after a day out exploring and enjoying the city of Bangkok. The space was exactly how it was advertised, and the whole condo town was a great place to immerse yourself in the local lifestyle. The restaurants nearby were so cool, the 7/11 below was a lifesaver, and the easy access to the riverboats was a huge bonus to the place - Bangkok traffic is no joke! Wish it were closer to an MRT station though, and the internet was spotty at times (not ideal when you’re working remotely). Other than that, my friend and I had such a wonderful stay. Pat is a wonderful, very respectful and quick to communicate person, but the house has sounds from outside because of cars and bicycles, it is difficult to sleep, sounds all the time, the place is clean, it lacks some things only, but in general it is good and the location is ideal

It was really nice place and terrace is the best part. We loved our stay. One thing is a bit far from everything even 7/11. Except that everything was clean and worthy!
