This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, in a perfect location—just a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet, charming neighborhood with great walking spots nearby, and we loved taking the bikes along the path to downtown Ventura. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Would stay again and again—highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

The Airbnb was beautiful, cozy and spotless. We had a great time exploring Summerland, Montecito and Santa Barbara and loved this comfortable home base. Thanks for the hospitality, Sam and Robin!

You could not ask for a nicer host and a better location in Malibu. We needed a dog friendly place to stay and the options were limited. Lucky for us Rochelle had the nicest little place for our stay. Don't miss the breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen or dinner at Dukes just a two minute walk away. The house was well appointed and decorated nicely. The beds comfy and towels soft. But best of all was Rochelle's responsiveness. We had a few things come up during our stay and Rochelle helped us out so much (from a spare chair to host a little dinner to the mistake of hitting the jets on the tub and not knowing what the noise could be). Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at UCSB. The house is charming, artsy, and has a relaxed, bohemian feel. We enjoyed cooking and eating in the back garden, and it was very comfortable when we were home. Nancy and Jimbo were warm and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is perfect for walking—right next to the Douglas Preserve—and close to two grocery stores. The space is compact but had everything we needed. A few things weren’t intuitive, like the light switches or the water cooler near the French doors (we thought it was an air filter at first!). It offered hot and filtered water—great for tea, though we found it a little late. The bathroom is a wet room, so the toilet, sink, and shower share a small space. My daughter loved it; it felt a bit tight for me. Overall, a well-cared-for, unique spot that’s great for solo travelers, couples, or anyone visiting a UCSB student.

We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. Girls trip. The place was amazing! So very beautiful. The furnishings,like the dining table and table in the living room also the headboards in both bedrooms were spectacular! The views were awesome from every room. Our local contact person was Ana and she was very helpful during our stay, especially the night we locked ourselves out on the patio!! She rushed right over and was very nice to us , when she could’ve been irritated with our interruption of her evening. But she greeted us with a beautiful smile and kindness. The location is great, we liked being the short distance from the main shopping and restaurants. It was just a short golf cart ride to get there, but far enough away to feel relaxing and peaceful at the day’s end. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Im so glad I found it

Catalina island is an absolutely beautiful place to visit. I've been a few times but this time we decided to stay for bday and mother's day for my wife and our two children. Steven's place is absolutely perfect. it sits in a prime location in Hamilton Cove high enough up to get a great breeze and close enough for peek-a-boo views of the ocean. The stairs can be a little much but not nearly as bad as other units as our 3 and a 5 yr old seem to handle it fine and really its to park the cart which was a life saver. My kids loved traveling the island on the cart and looked forward to sitting in the front to watch all the action. The place is exactly as the pictures show and the unit is very comfortable with a beach home feel. we loved our stay and look forward to coming back. Host was super nice and very responsive making our stay a perfect getaway from the hustle of daily life.

The apartment is very clean and fit 6 of us. We stayed for one night but could see us staying there longer if we needed to. Karina is very responsive and kind. We had a spill and she was very understanding that accidents happen.

We had a wonderful stay at Yese’s apartment in Marina Del Rey! Exactly what we needed to end our trip to the US and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying here and absolutely loved it! The location is a bit far from the main town, but having a golf cart made getting around easy and fun. The views were beautiful, and access to the golf cart was super convenient. While the gas station is a bit of a drive from the condo, it was still worth it. The bed was very comfortable, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We're already planning to come back soon!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was even better than the photos—spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious (a rare find in LA). Stunning city and ocean views from the 10th floor, two great balconies, and top-notch amenities like a sound system, Chromecast, PlayStation, and more. The host was extremely friendly and met us in person to make check-in seamless. The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Venice Beach, the canals, and tons of great restaurants. Worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect little beach bungalow! The house was very clean had all of the amenities you could need from beach toys, BBQ in the backyard, kitchen items, coffee maker with coffee, firepit, beach towels and more. Located in a great spot to walk right to the beach, restaurants and the farmers market. Lovely little home, we can't wait to come back again

What a great spot by the beach! The place was as described and was perfect for a quiet getaway near the sand. Parking was very easy and the hot tub was a nice bonus as well. Would recommend either for a couple or small family.

We loved staying here! It was perfect for my husband and I, our 3 month old, and golden doodle. We were able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach, but it was quiet and peaceful. Also, beautifully decorated.

The house has the most amazing view. It has a private space for myself, my Dad, and my daughter. The sunrise and sunset were amazing. Being able to walk to the beach in seconds was amazing. Private and zen but very close to all the restaurants and stores if you need anything. The parking is easy, but tight but our SUV fit.

Fantastic spot for a getaway, especially with kids. Steps from the beach, an entertaining game room, and a peaceful, multi-level house where you can hear the waves crashing while you fall asleep. We loved it! Also, Amelia was super nice and responsive throughout the process. We'll happily return.
