Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Channel Islands Beach

We had a nice stay at this well equipped house with extended family and our dog. We appreciated the cleanliness, the many bathrooms, fluffy bath towels, and the short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

The most beautiful property I’ve ever been to!

Our party of 7 loved our stay here, which we used for 4 days of our California road trip. It was a good base for visiting Malibu and we also made it as far as Santa Maria. This was one of the nicest air BnB I have visited and the decoration and comfort were first class. We were made to feel very welcome by the host and would definitely stay again. Thanks

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Place was dry clean and the views were amazing. Very private. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the waves crashing can be a bit much at night.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great stay here for my family of 6! Beautiful furniture and smart renovations made this a very comfortable stay! Sound of waves as soon as you walk in! Sebastian was VERY responsive to a couple questions. Would highly recommend!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

The place looked exactly like the pictures portrayed. The location was great! Beds were very comfy!
